Initial scout drilling at Klondyke East and Coronation have been completed in the quarter and deep drilling at Klondyke has commenced. Results will be announced in the next quarter. Based on what we know so far, if you hold 1m krs shares there is a in specie distribution of 330k cai shares, as others have stated after June 22nd 2019 unless a take-over occurs. We have asked how the process will work in practice, but yet to have the details confirmed, some of our platforms currently do not work with the ASX so likely will need to find suitable broker who will accept these shares. Drilling is due to resume after the recent stormy weather conditions, so results are due over the coming weeks which will see the Cai share price rise substantially. Concerned re the lack of news after six months. This is a new business with new investors pledging their money to get the company off the ground, so where is the detail, updates, sales, p.r. A new website only puts a gloss on the map we need reassurance of the companies ability to produce results. Any thoughts welcome. GLA

Hi Andee The analysis by RS is very thorough and makes good reading, but I would like to know the following if someone has the knowledge. Just sticking to the main topic being bonus shares I have in the past sold my RDSB shares just before dividend, as the value including the dividend was higher ! Then to re-purchase on the downward swing. Q. On the run up to the allocation the KRS share price is likely to rise, is RS saying people may sell out of KRS if the increase in share price exceeds both the value of KRS and the bonus CAI shares combined. Q. When the CAI shares have finally been distributed, what actually happens to the KRS share price, as by then they are already factored into the price, so they can only therefore go one way, unless other news hold the share price up. Q. Are there any examples to this type of business transaction that have the same implications? Q. When the CAI bonus shares are issued can we assume what is likely to happen initially to the CAI share price given that a lot of investors will want to take profits? The article raises so many issues it�s hard to know when to stop asking, but hopefully things will become clearer as we move closer Thanks for the read. GLA

Just on the manganese project from the r n s rough calcs 11 million tons in ground / 250k tons per year @ �2.25 per tonne = �24794000 ( less 15 % ). Around �21 million. ( mine lifetime 44 years ! ) That's without Cobalt / Nickel! All looking good for 2018 GLA

Hi Andee From previous comments from Dave, he has said they already have access to a mill close by, if they needed it, to generate the income from the current resources prior to one of their own. They obviously have to pay for the privilege but it will be a small price to have early access to the gold revenue currently in the ground close to surface. GLA
