This is the reply I had back from Dave back in February re the bonus shares!

"Based on the current shares on issue of Keras, you will get approximately 1 CAI share for every KRS shares once the final performance shares are issued. So if you had 1 million shares in Keras you would get approx. 330,000 CAI shares which are worth approx. GBP7,700 today, but hopefully a lot more when this happens".

Yes, mine revolve around the escrow, re timing if we reach milestones early !, other opportunities for dividends after escrow to avoid a run on Calidus shares.

If, as Manganese is moving forward will the Cobalt & Nickel project start getting a look in !

I attended, from my perspective without the German deal, the meeting would I feel have been a little more confrontational. The tour was ok perhaps next time the use of a mega phone or loud speaker to assist the speakers and the questioners whilst in the building! As for the questions at the end, I felt there was a feeling of winding it up quickly to avoid a prolonged session on the topic of Directors purchases ! (Although we were running late and the buffet had been in the hot boardroom for a number of hours!!) All in all a good AGM regards pc GLA

Hi Hotchips Agree I had a team of nine account executives, cold calling on blue chip decision makers, we had a good pipeline of prospects but was on a comparatively long lead time. My thoughts are this is probably on a 3 to 6 months lead time, any whiff of an opportunity and competition would be in to challenge the deal! I’m sure we have orders pending , Scott is waiting for the AGM to announce details, then release rsn. I want to add to my holding but reluctant till see the whites of his eyes! Regards Pc GLA

I to will be attending, if you think of a typical company visit for new customers linked to a review and update of the current business, I’m sure this will not be far away from the outcome.

For me having experience with a large Fortune 500 company offering a cost saving service, the only question I would ask for is the breakdown of the pipeline, as it’s only invoiced sales that make any difference to any business.

Everything else is costing money!

Still believe in this business opportunity, but we need more than a few reassuring words re the growth of the outstanding pipeline to get shareholders re-motivated.

Yes article hits it home, countries have been buying and stock piling gold for a number of years now in expectation of something.

If private gold investors panic and need to get their hands on the physical stuff and we need physical gold to be able to grow Goldbloc, I do not currently see we are able to dig out enough Gold to cover demand in the short term!

So it means the price of Gold has to rise…………value for Lion ………value for Goldbloc!
