Well it’s AIM………… my view is we have “investors” from Atlantis Resources, whose view is long term, great idea, will make money in the future.

Then we have “traders” who are looking for a quick buck !

The suspension did us no favours just exploited the rumour mill !

This gives GFG Alliance it’s first foray into the UK stockmarket, let’s hope it’s not another Bunnings moment!!

Our best hope is for some institutional investment to get this share moving in a positive upward direction !

I’ve only been in this Investing arena for a couple of years since retiring, so limited knowledge, but here for what they are worth are my thoughts!

We’ve got the good guys, Institutional Investors, Private Investors, then if you like the bad guys, day traders and the Market Makers ! (ok not true but that’s how I’m sure some see it!)

For our share, many have been long term holders waiting for the explosion, holding, hoping for a breakthrough (in Togo and now the Pilbara!)

Then others probably like me that came across KRS by chance and liked the idea!
(holding for the dividend and potential to own part of a Gold mine!)

Our current I.I.’s would have had done their homework very early on regards to the potential, when they put their companies money to work!

So far so good, as for the news from Togo which is welcomed, it really has to come to fruition before the bigger market takes note.

As for Calidus,we are one of many down there and all have similar stories to tell.

We will need the upgraded results to well exceed the million oz mark to get the market excited.

Then, we will see both shares trading big time; some long term holders will take their profits, others will sell out and play the market on the rise and possibly risk the dividend payout should a buyout be called early.

But for sure, whatever happens we will by then have a company that will be expanding, it may take three to five years, but it will grow into something worthwhile investing in, (which is why we are called Investors!)

So in a “nutshell” we’ve sold the topsoil (where there may be some golden nuggets) for shares and ………..if after one year they increase in value……… we get more shares!

And more……… if they find any significant gold shears THEY all belong to us !

Plus…………. we can then charge them for the use of our processing plant when up in production, at mates rates of course !

What’s not to like about this ?

At a recent UN climate change summit, the launch of a new alliance of 19 nations committed to phasing out coal rapidly was hailed as a political watershed.

Coal-fired power stations are facing closure in a number of countries across the globe.

French President Emmanuel Macron has pledged to shut all of his country's coal-fired power plants by 2021.

The Netherlands has announced that it will ban the use of coal for electricity generation from 2030 onwards.

Austria is planning to close all coal-fired power plants by 2025.

Germany is expected to lay out a plan in 2019 that will also force all coal-fired power plants to close by 2025. (hope this is where it all starts for RedT).

Hi C C Yes both points well made by last two posts, my thoughts were as we view the current situation. Just looking at all the previous presentations and their updates it’s all well planned, so far we haven’t had to question what if anything is not to plan! I agree and would be nice for something to come out of the blue, but my gut says DR wants this Gold Mine for his own at this time! Regards pc GLA

To be serious for once……..it’s really excellent news outcropping from surface with huge resource upgrade due any time; but news likely to remain orderly, as nothing much can happen until June 22nd 2019.

Hi Londonpicard I wouldn’t worry yourself unnecessarily over this one, it’s a reverse takeover, the likelihood is that the share price after re entry will dip a bit. Hold tight as SWG will then be a bigger group ok more shares would have been issued but this one way companies grow! As an aside I have had three of my five holdings in suspension, it comes with the AIM territory!! Regards pc GLA
