Agreed, when I spoke with Scott before AGM I had an idea that airports will be a good route for Red as they could have large expanses of ceiling solar!
However, Scott explained later in the AGM when asked about the farming communities that they we’re focusing on the large volume business. Hence the German deal!
There is also consideration for huge numbers of phone towers ( in their 100k’s) potential in (100’s) of countries!
So first we will need to get the production up to speed to be able to even sit around the table to discuss a contract of supply!

But a good problem to have!

We hope that Togo delivers early in Jan, should make for a positive move in SP!

Then, Calidus……… MUST……….declare an early upgrade, hopefully to coincide with the Keras move!

Over the past two years, I’ve let this share be ruled by my heart...... now I think my head says.......anyone involved with a “Mega” deal.....may well be thinking perhaps over the next few weeks the value of currencies will be fluctuating so much, that it’s worth holding fire on any contract, between the UK and the EU! Just a thought! We will get an updated resource for Calidus.......soon! So the price moves up a bit! Togo have a successful test run! So the price moves up a bit! Now!.......... will Keras shares be traded or just saved for the Escrow? My view is I am hoping for trading a proportion of my holding with a longer term view to adding prior to the run up. Then, with the added Calidus shares, offset some, each year, to add to my pension and act like regular dividend payments, that should last through the lifetime of the mining! Any other thoughts on the possibilities welcomed! while we await the news! PC

It looks like the preparations are now being made to clean up the share register prior to the escrow.

Some 60% of the Calidus shares equate to just .47% of the Total!

Therefore the 1248 Shareholders are holding the remaining 99.53%

Understand the frustration of smaller share holders, but gives them a chance to get in deeper………or get out !! ……..F.O.C. !

Price has now been SET so any increase/decrease will not apply to this offer!

Apparently attended the AGM with a brief outline of what was remembered !

“Seemed very positive.

They are heading towards a resource upgrade.

Drilling results will still be coming this year and up to start of PFS.

They will be ready to start PFS half way through first quarter.

They will have enough cash to comfortably complete PFS with options conversion and one other cash input which i can't remember.

Main area is Klondyke and StGeorge. They are also still increasing resource at a couple of their other deposits.

That is as good as I can remember and hopefully all correct.”

Our preliminary, fully diluted price target of 6.1c is derived from a blended scenario comprised of a discounted cashflow analysis of a gold operation at Warrawoona, a scenario where CAI defines an additional ~300koz to bring the global Warrawoona resource to ~1Moz, a base case at consensus and spot pricing, and a net cash banking case.
The encouraging drill results released today has allowed us to increase our price target weighting for the scenario where CAI defines a resource in excess of 1Moz.

I still see DR taking this through to production, the numbers involved are huge, even at 80k ounces/year, he will also want to add this achievement to his CV which currently so far has been impressive.

However, after production he may want to involve some Canadian interest, as he has already had a trip over there to showcase the business !

Plus, as he has said they may wish to combine the two businesses together later next year that will need some stability, within the board, to pull that off without detriment to the parties.

Another factor will be the Gold price, ok so it’s been in the doldrums for a long period, but there’s a lot of chatter currently, that in around 2020 the markets will be out of ideas and the current frenzy of the US $ will start to abate.

This in turn will see the Gold price move in an upward direction, just at the time we should be pulling the A$$$$$ out of our open pit!

Perhaps DR should have listed Calidus on AIM !

Then we would have possibly taken a slice of the action, currently going on, with another competitor which has one of their projects in Telfer - east of Marble Bar. (I’m not going to mention the name !!!)

However, it would be nice to have the problem of a price monitoring extension!

On a serious note, DR will have a timing issue on this, as we are all awaiting the upgrade to the resources.

What happens once the million mark has been confirmed and the market over there prices it in; the share price will need even more news to maintain the impetus for the duration through PFS and then DFS.

This I’m afraid for us Keras holders continues to be a long hold…………..but hopefully worth it!

Anyone throw some light on the "price monitoring extensions" have read up on the RNS; but we have had around 50 trades all day as I can see, with a total of 635k shares traded.

I've been watching another share also having an extension but late in the day, i've lost count of the actual trades but so far total has reached 408m shares !

Hard to believe they cannot cope with so few trades they need to take a breath !

Any sensible thoughts welcome !!
