Any positive thoughts while we await the news?
Keeping the numbers simple!
We change our share name to Tally?
If we want to use TallyMoney………………we pay from an account say for one ounce of gold ! = £1000.
Tally earns a storage fee, plus transaction fees from debit card purchases, could also receive commissions from peer to peer movements in the future!
So, for now the one ounce of gold belongs to me, to hold physically (I need to request it be shipped to my home) or held in a TallyMoney account (watching its value change!)
Margins…………if WE have dug up the gold from either Finland or India we have a profit of say around £400 on this ounce of Gold.
Fine, whilst the numbers are growing slowly, what happens when demand outstrips our ability to keep OUR production on track….do we then have to buy Gold on the open market…………..thus our margins are eroded ?
Then, if each investor of TallyMoney were to request physical gold to be sent to their homes, would this restrict TallyMoney from taking on additional customers?
Or would we then be thinking, the ounce of Gold is only in the form of an electronic transaction on the internet, until such time, there is actual physical Gold in the vaults?
We would therefore need to be holding a buffer stock of Gold to avoid this situation !
Only have small 100k share holding here, but believe it to be a game changer for the future!
Any thoughts or corrections on the above welcome and may help me understand this venture a lot better, than I do currently!
