Yes, you are correct; I’ve always had my “Escrow “workings on two years from the start of Calidus trading on the ASX, which was on the 22nd June 2017.

So hopefully, prior to the date, we will be notified of the likely outcome of the business requirements going forward and the process and numerical values we can expect from the allocation.

Then 22nd June 2019 “ Escrow “completes….maybe they say we will take shareholders currently on the register on this date to be eligible.

July 22nd issue Calidus shares!!! ( based on the PFS results being approved)

In announcing that the PFS is now going to be around July, the company may use the “Escrow “ date as the “record” date for the allocation of the Calidus shares!

So perhaps after July 22nd all holders of Keras shares will be eligible to receive their nominated amount of shares.

We should then see more positive trading in Calidus shares,since we will be looking to fast track the production timeline!
And the current Calidus shareholders would have been released from their frustrations over the “Escrow” situation!

So only a few short weeks to get your “Keras “ orders in!!!!!

Production start planned for H2 ....2020, may be a touch over optimistic!! with my early morning post!!

Excellent news for ALL concerned with our company, Dave once again showing how to manage expectations by not being over optimistic; if we get an early DFS as stated, we may even be in for a earlier production start, originally planed for H2.

Let’s hope the market can see the light, with the Gold prices moving in the right direction this share price should be more like A$ 10c

DR has said we would have a chance to see how they intend to allocate the Calidus shares in advance of the Escrow date!

Maybe, now that it’s been moved out till Q3 this puts this element in doubt!

But when these details (free shares for all Keras holders) are laid out, in clear easy read terminology, we will then see this share moving up towards the target figure of 1.04p as a minimum!

Holding our nerve here, but worth the long wait!

Strange......at last years AGM Scott was not comfortable discussing “small” scale orders....such as farms,airports,etc

Hopefully, we can come to some sensible arrangement for these smaller potential clients!!!

I think we would all agree, large volume orders help, as we can produce at improved costs....but we can see they take their time in coming to fruition!!

The conclusion of the successful bulk sample confirms all the technical, financial and logistical assumptions of our internal feasibility study and we now look forward to progressing into commercial production.

I do not think we will,(should!) get wind of the outcome of the strategic review!
Having completed a number of SWOT analysts in the past all at board level, these details were guarded with caution,given the sensitive nature of the content; not revealed outside of the board for a period of time.

My thoughts would be an internal review going on with likely outcome announced once any change has already taken place. Be it change of owner or policy direction!
We can only sit and wait this out, sure to have some news of sales soon!

Just thinking out aloud..... after the recent announcement.. with thanks to Hierarch on the ADVFN board !
If Shearwater have an approach from a major company for all of our services, would the company have to buy from each of our divisions or could we offer a one off costing then to do some internal accounting? to make things a lot simpler!

As we add to the group the list of services are growing.....all
looking good....but we are well down on the SP expectations...perhaps I need to put this away in the bottom drawer!!!
