Just for clarity......are we saying production will start prior to the wet season so they can get going before getting soaked!!!!

Or do they need the wet season to help with the processing?

They are due to be traded on the 20th......so we will then, hopefully, “see” a clearer path towards the distribution!

Alkane has a “anti-dilution rights” ( whatever that implies) with respect to future capital raisings. I think this current one must count as a raising!
So if they do grab further shares will then take them above the 15.6% they will already be in for after their options are exercised on 11th November 2019.

Lots of pointers, but agree nothing is certain!

It’s looking like a Joint Venture is on the cards, with Alkane !
Looking at the figures and comments from latest report!

“Alkane Resources (ALK) has already taken a position in CAI, seeing the project as a potential follow on from its Tomingley operation in New South Wales, and will be wary of interlopers, having been gazumped by RMS with respect to EXU (Table 2)”
(page 3 of report)

“On 2 July 2019 Keras Resources Plc announced its intention to undertake an in-specie distribution of its shareholding in CAI to its shareholders. The distribution will require the approval of its shareholders at an AGM and approval by the court in the UK. KRS is targeting completion of the distribution by the end of 2019. Managing Director David Reeves is the largest shareholder in KRS (16.67%), and following a successful distribution, his shareholding in CAI will increase from 1.1% to 7.25% (fully diluted basis), to become CAI’s second largest shareholder, behind ALK (Table 18)” (All on page 22 of report)

Small important part of the announcement!

Perhaps they see this as a test case, in preparation for additional businesses for the country’s mining expansion!

In any case, we hopefully, will meet and possibly exceed their requirements for a long relationship with the government!

I think the majority of investors that bought into the story, realise it’s full potential!

Unfortunately, it’s had too many false dawns, which stops existing investors from pumping any further money in!

I’d like to think in 6 months, we are back into double digits, with a number of cracking orders showing the way forward!

Cannot look three years ahead on this one!

But, for now,we have no option but to hold till, hopefully, get closer to my average, it’s then the time to decide the next course of action!

“how much more drilling do we need, we know the ore body is there, so let’s get on with it, start generating cash flow to pay for the drilling!

Ok ......now we are into holiday silly season!
Not sure we are likely to get any significant news to get the share price on the up!

For the many LTH’s any reduction is another buying opportunity........as we have now had the confirmation of the “free” share allocation in Calidus due by year end !

However, we may have some updates on Calidus drilling to keep the interest going......and hope that Russell has something up his sleeve, to catch out the MM’s , currently on the beach outreach of a good WIFI signal!!!!!

“The important thing about the leasing model is that it is unaffected by fluctuating vanadium prices. And it allows the producer, battery maker, and financier all to benefit”

“Those leasing deals are already starting to happen, and they are probably directly impacting the increasing rollout of flow batteries.”
