Just a couple of points....wouldn’t it be the clock starts ticking, once at the special resolution at the GM where this gets shareholder approval ?

We then have the courts..... then government tax authorities to approve?
So maybe timespan of six weeks?
The another thing.... have experienced the dip with “shell”
but will both shares “dip” after the process?

Agree would shock the traders if it did happen overnight!

Whilst we are reminiscing, waiting for news, how about we recall how we arrived at this share?
Many I know, have been here a long long time and have many experiences that could be told, but to keep it simple and hopefully an enjoyable read limit to basics!

So to start.....was with RDSB looking for alternative, found company xxxx the CEO disliked AIM and pulled all his companies out.
Whilst expressing his views on a podcast, gave out a throwaway line,”I’m working in the Perth offices next to a Dave Reeves whose doing a really good job here in Australia “
A little bit of research and that the rest.....as they say is history!

Any other thoughts welcome....may even enlighten some new shareholders to join us!!!

Good to hear the positive stories!

At least now, we all know someone else has experienced this shares saga ! ( no pain no gain!)

Trouble will be, when the Keras price takes off, which it will, resisting the temptation to trade!

Knowing a fixing date will be around the corner for the Calidus distribution!

For me, if we could get one of my others out of hibernation, I will use to buy more Keras, with a view to buying back in, the same value, but on the free!

And ...... because of the distribution.......prepared to pay whatever the market needs right up to the end......it’s a big deal not to be missed!!!

Still, only a few months to wait now.............the previous two years flew by!!

Agreed, we cannot fully comprehend buys or sells on any platform...... but we can let others know they are getting a fantastic deal if they invest in Keras!

So we can expect an updated presentation from Dave, which needs a larger audience!

Seems 100% return on the investment doesn’t rock that many boats!

Whilst the £15m figure is banded about, my view is we should remain cool about the value as shown in the recent RNS 1200E of 2nd July 2019 from Russell Lamming

"The proposed distribution of Calidus shares unlocks significant shareholder value in a somewhat unusual circumstance where we plan to distribute approximately £11.6m worth of Calidus shares to our shareholders from Keras”

Looks like the figure for distribution has been fixed, with any balance being thoughtfully used by the company for whatever project requires some extra cash !

After a conservative PFS .....all eyes are now on Togo!

Looks like a large sell just gone through!

It may turn out to be a brave move, to reduce the holding, on the eve of the announcement of the PFS!

After the PFS the share price will likely hit the late .005’s.

I suspect, Togo will be late!

But then, we will all have some extra months to add.......before any record date for Calidus is confirmed..... my view is this will then be the latest date to achieve the best possible share price!
( guess last week in November 2019 )

We have so much to discuss for the “future” that to continue to use the old presentation material, would leave delegates asking questions, as to why wait till month end to confirm the results!

So with this in mind we “could” hear by Wednesday !

“Post date” could happen....if at the “special resolution” during the shareholders general meeting .....its rejected (unlikely!)

Subsequently, if a court ruling states the move is not legal!

We can only hope they have the best lawyers to get it over the line!

Yes, having had some RDSB shares, it was around 5 weeks notice of the dividend date ie cut off register.

There is going to be many scenarios as we close in on the allocation date, however, I feel two years would, in most cases be enough time for the offer to have been recognised as a bargain!

As for sell off after, yes but not in huge numbers, by then Togo should be in full flight!

Maybe another project, in its infancy, to keep the interest going forward!

Just need the PFS to land!

Now ...will it be before DR’s next presentation.......or after?

Does he really want to change all those slides!

It’s highly unlikely that a “record” date would be back dated......that would really **** off a large number of institutional investors, not to say the vast number of potential shareholders! ( although it’s been over two years now! )

As DR has huge amount invested he would want as many buying opportunities to be available for our company as possible!

However, I can see a change in the share trading over the coming months.
With a more volatile KRS both up and downward trends, on larger volumes, whilst we await the allocation of the Calidus shares!

Still it’s all looking good for something positive happening in July....normally a quiet period!

As the HotCopper site down for maintenance today, can someone double check my figures, in answer to and confirming the question posed about the value of Calidus Escrow shares!

Just to help with your enquiry

$A 5000 = £2757.95

With this amount you will get approx 707,166 KRS shares

KRS are going to allocate the Escrow shares to each KRS holder, we anticipate, after the company has taken some shares for future projects, that you should receive approximately 231,000 Calidus shares.

So you will have the following value in shares

KRS 707166 x .0039 p = £2757 ($A5000)

CAI 233362 x .029 c = $A 6767

The above gives you a guide to deal, there will be some variables and fees for your transactions, but still a very good offer if your quick, as PFS due in July, which will move both share prices upwards!

My “assumptions” were from a purely layman’s point of view (simple calculations)

However, from the recent broker report they are forecasting the following:

“We model production of ~80kozpa recovered gold over a 7-year mine life from a 1.5Mtpa gravity and CIL plant. (Assuming 50% conversion of the 1.25Moz resource to reserve)”
