The main frustration will be once we are demerged!

We may see the Krs share possibly slip.....but because of the brokers systems......may not even have a early glimpse of our “new” investment within our portfolios!

Not sure also, how long it will be before they split our costings and show the new holding as confirmed!

All we know so far is, that the Keras element of this process is all due to complete on the 29th November!

I don’t think Dave was expecting this current outcome back then......when I made contact when the news was so unrealistic ( at that time !)

So for now, we just have to hold tight to both our investments and await the board to make the necessary announcements to encourage the share price!

Still hard to believe!

We are not even close to hitting the high of .0061p ( 16th July )

Can only assume not that many know or have the time to evaluate what a bargain this is!

Yes, there are a few loose ends, but they will all unfold during the next few weeks...... leaving the road clear for sign offs and upgrades for both businesses!!

“Further details concerning Larry's appointment as a director will be set out in the AIM admission document for the merged business which will be published in due course.”

Which could be next week or more likely next year!!

For us outsiders, just for the fun of it, can you confirm the breakdown of current charges accessing the Calidus shares on the ASX.
I had the impression that there was a minimum trade value, phone only cost, plus % fee ?

If all reasonable, then worth considering moving brokers!

If anyone is contemplating selling KRS into the coming rise!

(And forgo your Calidus share offer, in favour of a cash return!)

Here are “my” calculations!

(1 million shares)

Based on buying KRS @ .004p
Calidus remaining @ .01216p

KRS needs to get to .00755p to breakeven, where your profit = the value of the free shares!

( you’ll need to remove the costs to both buy and sell KRS, plus at the end you may need to take a large chunk off to get hold of your Calidus shares)

Now.......for every .001 p rise in KRS S.P. add £1000 to your profit figure!

Example
KRS hits .00955p
1,000,000 x .00955p
=£9550 - £4000 = £5550 profit! (Less you’re fees to buy and sell!)

Your free Calidus shares at today’s current value would be :
290504 x .01216 = £3533

Risk it, only if you think the share prices will react in the way your hoping for!

( If Calidus wasn’t on the ASX it would make the above process a lot easier to accomplish!)

I personally think the way this share has performed during this run up, then if we pass .01p I will be pleasantly surprised!

290504 Cai shares based on (3.44229 split) =£3393 today

Each share is suffering from the demerger nervousness!

Both are really positive companies in their own rights!

Farming....scientists come up with a sustainable substitute with all the benefits of MN!

CAI....

There is “NO” Gold in them hills!

The “Bats” are surrounded by protesters and all work halted whilst they get Sir David on the case!

Interview threw up some interesting news!

But I’ve been here for more than three years, when it was only Atlantic Resources to get my head around!

Now with so much going on feel I’m getting lost in where the projects are going to make any inroads to the depressed share price!

Anyone any idea of a simple spreadsheet showing each division with potential revenue and profit?

Perhaps if things were simplified then more would get involved!

For me now this is in the bottom drawer, till I see some positive results of all these woolly statements!

Here is a classic example!

Just taken off a another board showing another share I hold!

“The SELL trade of 250 shares at 16:28:42 (241.4p) is actually my BUY !!”

It’s only when shareholders can or want to admit to the trade being theirs, that you can judge what’s going on; even then you have to take it with a pinch of salt.........,just in case!!

This will include myself and both my grown up kids, who are also invested here!

What you see on the trading screen may not always be all it seems!

When trades show ......apparently....blue(buys) and red(sells) when, realistically there’s a lot more going on behind all those numbers.

It’s only when we do start to hit some volume, “then “ you’ll be able to see and follow the trends a lot easier!

For now we are in a holding pattern!

It was in response to a direct question to Russell when asked about our likely figure; it was said between $4-$4.5 addressed to the whole meeting!

So just six working days to get your order in for the best deal on “AIM” (this week) !

If even Barclays haven’t heard of it, then I bet there are many others that are also going to miss out!

Still, “we” have all done our bit of due diligence on the potential of “both” shares.

If as we hope, we get sign off before year end, that should give the KRS the boost it needs to get after the demerger!

Calidus, will by all accounts be ready to publish their remaining results early after the demerger.

All looking positive here, may not hit the highs expected, but we all know both are longer term prospects!

Sorry to hear about your situation with your current holding, just doesn’t seem right or fair!
Can you elaborate on what they are expecting you to do..... transfer your KRS shares before even the Cai shares hit your account?

As for me and the family we are with HL, not being surprised having spoken with them over a year ago, that I have not had any further communication on the subject.
However, will not be holding my breath that it all goes smoothly!

Expect, them getting something wrong, either the reduced number of shares, the value of each share, or error in currency conversion!

I live in hope!

Wouldn’t it be s*ds law ......you go to buy just before “D day” and the market computers say..... no!!!

Might just as well sit tight, watch the action....then hopefully come out the other side to reap the rewards!
