Yes, HL have confirmed way back, that my drawdown sipp and Isa will support the incoming Calidus allocation!

Any problems and i'll refer to the emails I've kept just in case !

Hargreaves Lansdown are not “cheep cheep”

And have blotted their copybook over not only this debarkle, but they have previous with Woodford funds!

So although it’s not a ringing endorsement, they will at least take your order!

Bare in mind trading with HL on the ASX is going to be expensive as they have to go through HSBC and an Aussy broker!

But hold the shares if you can.....cos we may have some positive news after production!

Sorry for the impending change to your holdings, on the same subject our friends HL have in the past said they will halve the cost of our Keras holding with the other half going into the Calidus allocation to make life easier in our portfolios; is this the case with your broker? ( not sure if you mentioned in the previous posts who they were!)

This RNS covers who will get the bonus shares!

So if you sold on the 20th you will still be eligible for the bonus shares!
But if you have purchased on any further date you will “not” be entitled to the bonus shares!

So will Bassguy and others have to hand these back?

Can you just check your figure for the ratio as I think you have put in an extra 1 after the decimal point ?
If, however, it still reads correct after you remove it, then anyone who purchased yesterday has had an extra windfall!

“This is 4122177 / 3.1451963 exactly the figure quoted in the RNS, so my allocation has gone of close of play yesterday.. thus far...”

On the day over 55 million shares were traded........if you sold........ you have forfeited the bonus shares!

On the other hand ........if you bought back in during the same day regardless ......you will be eligible for the distribution!

Just to be sure what you are saying, you purchased additional shares “ yesterday” after the “record” date, your broker then added them into the calculations?

Your figures are correct, but the brokers are using the old ratio, your new figure will be 275817!

Now this throws up an interesting scenario, if people sold............would those shares be discounted?

Hope not......court cases could ensue!!

Could be just a one way traffic issue!

Bounce back......then back down....should settle to around .004p for the medium term, till we get some announcements!

One thing we do know about AIM........
If this is going down due to the “free” shares......then it will go down quicker and further than we expected it to go UP by, before this demerger!!

Still.....once the dust settles we will be in possession of shares in a top quality Gold explorer/developer.......with Gold production within touching distance!

My only clarification to your “pants post”, and a change discussed with Dave at the recent event, is the fact the consolidation will go through “before” the shares are allocated; so we can expect our allocation to be 10% less in number, but 10% more in value into our portfolios!

That’s if the brokers do their jobs properly!
