Ok...... while we are waiting patiently for “anything” to happen......I have a couple of theories on the elusive Calidus none trading “shares scandal “

Could it be that with these types of corporate actions, the players.....brokers.....bankers don’t earn anything of significance until trading starts on the shares?

So if they feel....... holders will be sticking..... “ let them wait for their money” !!!

Just so I’m understanding this principle, whilst these shares are not tradable, is there any money to be be made by anyone, by not being tradable?

As another thought.......could the farce of the cut off date be the cause, as by allowing the shares to trade, would just exacerbate the situation?

Shares delay!

Just been speaking .....again with HL !
Asking what the delay actually is?
Reply......we’ve sent HSBC all the details and are chasing this corporate action daily!

Asked if they knew “why” there was this delay, would not commit!

I said it would be good to have an update from HL explaining situation, that it is out of their control, perhaps getting their management to provide something coming directly from HSBC as to reasons for this crazy holdup!

For the EV’s, Lithium-ion, with various mixes, will be in use for the majority of the batteries.

Worzel’s post on Sunday, gave a pretty good explanation of the minerals needed for this new dawn of power!

However, Countries will need to consider the use of chemical “Flow Machines” as a start to relinquishing their reliance on “Coal Power Station’s”

As we get closer....... to being able to trade our Cai shares.......I understand that on the ASX you are into an auction scenario, i.e. you put your bid in, then the market settles on buyers/sellers price!

Anyone, who has traded from the UK to the ASX able to give us get the real deal with this element of trading?

I’m sure there would be some.......who would willingly use some of our Calidus shares ( if we could only trade them !) to buy back at these crazy levels!

Fully aware of our potential, then as Calidus moves forward in Q2 use KRS uplift, to go back into Calidus!

Shame.....cannot get any sensible answers out of these brokers!

78,000 = £11.7 m = .0042p

Therefore does it follow that for :

300,000 = £45 m = .0162p

Plus- EV-Battery Manganese !

As it takes around five days for the consolidation process to settle in the market..........would imagine RL would prefer this out of the way........”before” .......production!

So a couple of extra days wait wouldn’t be the worst outcome, if “all the ducks were then in a row”

We could then start making clear headway with the production, with notifications following on with the proposed upgrades!
