Disappointed...................at a normal AGM ........there would be a discussion over the results of the business during that period!

So I know it’s not normal times........but....... we could have had an update on the current status of the most vital element of our company...........even if it were a one liner.........to reassure all the investors!

Still,we are all able to make our own interpretation of the communications coming,or not coming, from the board!

Now....... while we are in lockdown we must assume we are in good hands and carry on being positive!

In answer to your share value query, these are the figures I’ve been working with!

RNS ( 9739T 20th Nov 2019 )

The ratio of shares was slightly reduced to 1 Calidus for each 3.4519 Keras shares held!

So taking your figure of 1,000,000 Keras shares = 289690 Calidus shares.

The consolidation happened and as such this figure reduced to 28969!

Now, to allow holders to allocate their profits from the transaction my broker ( Hargreaves ) split the buying prices of the Keras shares,shown in the portfolio, in the proportion ( Keras 41% Calidus 59% ).........some may have a different split, but all my families accounts are around these numbers!

So we get back to today!!

Share price Calidus A$ .22

A$ to £ = .494

So each Calidus share is worth £0.1087. ( if we could even trade them.......but not just yet! )

Just as an aside the £ to the A$ has dropped by around 12% since Feb 2018!

Just for clarity........as not seen any of those details as yet........ where has the client location been notified?

It’s likely this will run on through the summer, especially in Africa!

So best we hunker down and not expect too much coming out of the Togo government!

When we return, there will/needs to be a concerted effort to accentuate the positives of our offerings!

Once installed Solar/Wind/Tidal/Diesel mixed with Flow Batteries!
will be easier to install....maintain.....and cost effective over the long term!

Our hope is that we get a chance to succeed........in what we are going through right now looks bleak.....investors must look beyond the now......the government will “have” to stimulate the economy, may be we can have a slice to get this moving !

Have held now for over three years...... could have jumped ship many times...... and it will need a real upsurge to get close to my average....... but always thought it must be the future when first investigated the sector!

All the above really highlighting all we have been trying to showcase for Flow!

My last email from HL said that shares “have” been sent to HSBC ..............but there has been a “ setback” !

Asking what that meant there was no response!

Has anyone’s broker allowed the trading of these shares?

The fact the chairman’s statement contains the following, is very positive!

“In preparation for the issue of the licence, as set out above, SGM has been converted to a Societe Anonyme, and the formal grant of the licence is expected in time to commence production in the current quarter, to 31 March 2020.”

If this were not going to happen, after all these years; today, would be the day to break the news! ( with Calidus and Gold on real highs! )
