I think your both right with the expression of the numbers, but in the end they may not be the correct figures!

If we take the first 0 to equal £ then (0.007) is correct!

If we take the second 0 to equal P then (0.7) is also correct!

The sooner this transforms into more than a ( less than a penny stock ) the better!

Just reading into the detail a bit, the lower grade 37% is at a premium to the normally higher valued 44% grade by 5%!

Which they put down as a useful indication of the tightening of the market!

The Lower grade stuff is used by China in silicomanganese production!
Along with the production of steel “long” product ( property, infrastructure).

Hence the return to manufacturing in China first, to get the world back on track!

All the signs are there!

Calidus moves up a gear!

Most unlikely, leaky news, Dave has always kept to his key objectives/timelines with this project, so don’t expect the re rate till mid to end of June!

So it could be the Gold price moving, as we still haven’t seen the likely fall out of this virus till businesses try to startup!

The markets are currently too high, we are in danger of looking too far ahead in those rose coloured specs!

Let’s hope we just get through the next six months without a new outbreak and we can watch this share move to it’s true value as a developer/producer in 2021!

Well........what can I say..... but.....gulp!......really shocking, that we are not being told of the likely outcome of so called experts actions, around the world!.
Interesting, that we are in a catch 22 situation, so really, us small folk don’t stand a chance, just hope we get treatments ( both for this virus...... and our obsession with debt!).

On the gold front it’s clear that the value of fiat ( paper) money is being eroded with all this quantitative easing, so our holdings in Gold could be our only saviour!.

For all the investors here, hold tight, things will improve, but just watch your finances over the coming years, by the sound of it, it’s not going to be easy!

I think you’ve covered the situation well!

On these boards, only a small fraction of the many holders express their opinions, many just sit in darkened rooms crying into their cornflakes!
Some, take to the channel in the hope their voices will resonate with authority and knowledge of the share in question!

Unfortunately, with AIM you are playing with “fire”!

Similarly to you, been here long, still believe in the technology, but it will need to be sold, currently, as a “ Cost v Price” play!

The potential is huge if you check out the forecast for storage, all we can hope for is to attract sufficient business in the short term to gain a foothold in the wider battery market!

Having the Bushveld deal enables us to flex this cost over a longer period and hopefully any agreement, keeps a lid on any likely future price rise of the Vanadium used !

I’m not bitter over my stalled investment, I’m just pleased I’ve got a second chance at saving face and getting this product into the mainstream media will help it on its way !

On Thursday had a reply from HL for my daughters holding!

“I can confirm there has been a delay in obtaining the necessary documents to send to our global custodian due to the covid19.

This documentation needed to be signed off by various authorised directors and our legal team, which took longer than usual with colleagues working from home.

I can now confirm the documents have been signed and sent, but the transfer into HSBC is still ongoing.”

So, what I would like to know is, if the documents for my daughter have just been sent with the Covid19 as a delay reason, what have they been doing for the past four months?

On the 27th February they confirmed to me that they had already been sent off?

And why cannot all shareholders waiting, be updated in one go as to the status, it must ease their workload?

So we continue to hold!

I can confirm that HSBC, the 3rd party custodian, are in receipt of this corporate action and we are just waiting for a response from them in order to be able to communicate this to our clients.

Thank you for your email.

I can confirm we have sent off our holdings to our global custodian HSBC, there has been a setback in the transfer being completed but we are actively trying to resolve the issue and ensure the shares become tradeable in the near future

With HSBC acting as our global custodian, submitted trades have to go through them and then onto the Australian exchange. The two step process can result in delays. I'm afraid these delays will be further compounded by the global Coronavirus pandemic.

You can tell by latest blogs not all of us are happy that we cannot yet “trade” our distributed Calidus shares yet, on many brokers sites!

Are your Calidus shares on HL tradable, as we have been in constant dialogue with them, to even give us a definitive answer to as why we cannot?

Think you missed the bit before..... vaccine, we will all be going back at some stage soon, but with caution and possibly “treatments” for this virus!

The cure, even if Trump thinks it’s just around the corner, will be many months away, after rigorous testing on all aspects of life.

What works well on the young may well have different side effects on other sectors of the worlds population!

So I believe we can move forward in Togo, social distancing will be easier in the open arena of the mine than the production areas; but I’m sure we can accommodate the required measures to be safe!

Whilst, disappointing, we shouldn’t really expect....... anything!......... that could be construed as an change in business circumstances...... at least we don’t have the likes of “Musk” rocking his own boat in such a cavalier manner!

Unfortunately, more patience required here, but Togo “will” need this revenue and quickly to get over this crisis; so likely all will be resolved once the virus has been held at bay, till a vaccine becomes available!

Yes, as frustrating as it is, having to sell currently, would be a release from the situation!

This would in turn enable those of us in pension situations, to switch to an alternative broker ( having confirmed they can trade both ways on the ASX!)

Because, Calidus still has around a year to really get going, so for the sake of loosing a few quid now, could reap future benefits by being able to buy more before the big run up!

Regarding the use of the F.C.A. having had the need to use their services in the past; you do not just get a reply to any letter sent!

You get back, if I remember a four page document looking more like an exam paper!

Where you have to fully explain what has happened, whose involved, why you think there has been an issue!

On my definitive ( in my eyes!) complaint, after four months, the computer said “no”!

So thinking this could take quite a few months to resolve, possibly ending in court, I’m hoping that at some stage HL and the other brokers get their act together and get these shares tradable!

As this hasn’t helped a single bit, I have therefore, today sent all five of their replies, since January, showing the mixed messages sent with simply no real explanation as to the real reasons for the delay!

Do not expect them to elaborate on this, until they get approval from HSBC to release the shares for trading!

On that theme, looking at some of the analysis by the various brokers, they have some big numbers pencilled in for after production!

More help required please!

What’s the correlation of the predicted share price with the predicted NPV ?

Can we for example, divide our current EV ( enterprise value ) into the NPV ( net present value ) to arrive at a multiple, which is then used to find the future share price, or is that to simplistic?
