Whilst we enjoy a brief uptick in Keras, would just like any clarification on the outgoing payments and how they will affect our profits in the future!

So we know that we will hold an 85% ( 76.5% after exploitation permit ) “interest “in SGM, so in this instance are SGM the miners?

“in accordance with the provisions of the law, the State takes a non-paying participation of 10% of the capital of the mining companies. (So is that % of SGM or KRS shares) ?

“Apart from the “dividends” that will be paid annually to the State for its free participation in the share capital, ( are these “dividends” going to be from the KRS shares ) ?

Also,

“all mining companies to contribute to the local and regional development of the areas in which they operate in our countries with 0.75% of their turnover.”
(% of KRS revenue before costs )?

Considering we have “no” ongoing marketing or for that matter, regular updates, from somewhere,investors are showing there is still an element of opportunity in this project!

The very long term holders look on longingly to the time we get this into the pennies once again!

For the newcomers, they will benefit from entering at the very low point, however, we must still take into our portfolio calculations our very valuable Calidus shares!

In some ways........ being locked out of the shares is a bit of a bonus, as it’s likely that we will hear news of the re rate! before we are tempted to cash out some of the profits!

However, due to the current circumstances, have to feel for those in need of the funds, to get through this time period, for which no one knows how long for!

Let’s hope the banks do have feelings and get this resolved soon!

Dave has confirmed there is nothing outstanding from the companies point of view!

Whilst HL still insist it’s the fault of HSBC another contact there still unable to elaborate on just “why”.

So next, have recently questioned the ASX registrar “Automic”.

Their reply was similar, saying all ok here Guv!

Like James have been here for a long.........long time!

In fact we sat next to one another at the AGM when they announced the German deal!!!

Interesting watching the space here on the board, with various views,which is good, if we can all hold our views and keep them business like we can progress!

Now, I’m sure there is a pathway for our products, but likely to be a slow mover........but we will see further interest in the sector!

With the world in this strange limbo, with some of the biggest and best companies trying to see into the future and stock markets fluctuating day to day, it’s now the time to sit tight and await the outcome of this epidemic!

There will be some who will not forgive Red for the last three years and so be it, but we have limited options; but to hope for a positive outcome and a more effective management structure!

Information for Calidus holder “get busy” who needs to access the allocated shares, still waiting for Hargreaves yet to show their true colours and get these shares tradable!

“If individual shareholders who hold Keras Shares through a Nominee company want to transfer their Calidus shares to their own name, they will have to execute a simple off-market transfer form with their Nominee company whereby the Calidus shares will be transferred to the individual, who will be issued with a new SRN. Off-market forms can be found at https://automic.com.au/media/forms/Standard%20Transfer%20Form.pdf.  Any queries regarding this form should be directed to Automic.”

We will still,however, require some more (any!) reassuring words around the Togo license........... but for those holding Calidus it’s the case of awaiting the outcome of the combined resource figure, due by end of June!

Then, if we can get some resumption of normality in the working environment, we should see a re rate of the SP........and maybe some potential suitors looking us over before production starts next year!
