Question for the experts!

As we will be getting the new shares introduced to the market on the 13th & 24th of this month, would it be naive to think that those holders wouldn’t want to sell any of those, without making a profit, however small?

So.......after these dates will we be clear for takeoff?

Or......hold tight for a bumpy ride till further news clears the air?

So if we take it that the second tranche will be paid in seven months then:

“Post Phase 2 Repayment, distributable cashflow will be paid out pro rata to shareholders, so that Keras will be entitled to 51%.”

We should see some dividend action at last!

Keras Resources plc, the AIM listed mineral resource company  is pleased to provide an update on the travel arrangements for their forthcoming trip to Togo!

Mr Russell Lamming will be travelling first class in seat A1 ( window ) with a view, to sealing the ML ( Manganese License) with the newly formed government of Togo.

This project will enhance the chances of the Togolese government in boosting the treasury coffers and most importantly, enable the shareholders to see ( at last ) a return on their investments!

We all wish Mr Lamming the safest of journeys and look forward to a long and successful project in Togo!

As mentioned in previous RNS!

"I look forward to providing shareholders a steady stream of news flow on key contracts and activities on the ground ( and in the air ) as we move towards commercial production later this quarter."

I think the number mentioned was around 35!

Now I’m not very comfortable with all this technology, but it was a seamless process to get in!
So really no excuse for any investor not to plug in and question the team!

The presentation was longer than the link, as it likely contained some commercially sensitive facts!

But really good to be able to probe the team “live” with some relevant questions!

All in all, I’m still here, three plus years; with a bit more reassurance as to the path we are taking, in the knowledge that we may a least break even this year!

Just started process, so far so good, they appear ( have a tracker to see progress) to be on the ball!

It looks like HL are the delaying factor plus the ASX issue! ( I’m expecting 10-12 weeks!)

But, as I will be adding, as this pushes forward, may want to take some profits, on the way: using this platform gets you into watching the trades real time!

Also, their charges are reasonable, because, as we all hope, these shares along with KRS are going to transform our positions and we really don’t want the brokers to benefit from our insightful investment decisions!

But when you see how much “skin in the game” the board have in this!
