Doc. That why I asked the question of WOS does he think it will be a state owned Chinese company? If so this really goes against every thing that Mongolia is striving to achieve as they want to be energy independent of China and Russia.

Welcome back WOS I hope you had a good summer away from the BB. In recent weeks we really have seen what MB has to deal with in terms of false dawns and undue delays thanks to the Mongolian system of beaucracy. He is obviously having to deal with power and politics in a sensitive manner whilst also trying to push paperwork through. The penny still hasn't dropped that the sale of oil will primarily benefit the Mongolia economy. It's called "Cutting off one's nose to spite one's face - needlessly self destruction by Mongolian politicians at all tiers of Gov't.

Once the oil starts flowing and revenues go into the empty Mongolian treasure chest the Heron will fly high!

A Heron has just flown very low over my house which is quite a rare occurrence. It's a clear indication that the RNS will arrive this week with good news. I have a satellite image of the event!

This is all positive although it obviously doesn't meet with everyone's expectations in terms of the timescales for paper processing. Good news that Petro M are looking to streamline the process for future applications. Do remember the development of the oil refinery is moving forward quite nicely along with the supply line.

Out of interest and given the historical SP value v Low Growth does any one hold a view that the share price will rise above 15p if Gobi, renewables and Heron all deliver as anticipated. My avg share value is 4p across 550,000 shares.

Tradedesk. What's your view on impact of the share dilution that has taken place. Does potential growth out weight the impact of dilution?

If they purchase the shares using the £10m pot surely that means there are fewer shares in circulation and therefore the price increases. I assume they will only sell when the price is right?

How do the MMs hold this back?

I would be interested to learn of the mechanism that is applied? It must surely go against the normal supply and demand models?

We have had this discussion before ref investment strategies. There are plenty of investors who can't be bother to play the money markets and are quite content to invest a load of money in a share like PM and let it sit there for the long term until it achieve a good ROI. It's no wrong to do this as they are the people who place a higher premium on leisure time rather than working on the margins of real time financial management. Neither approach is wrong its just what glove fits best :)

Yes Doc. You will probably remember the old days when everyone was screaming about a £1 party. I think a fair number of ice cubes have dropped into the Champagne to DILUTE the taste of success. This is the year of the Heron and I have every confidence that the SP will get to double digits within the next 12 months.....Hick.......
