The deceased director Gary Fitzgeralds estate may have a tax bill or family want money out. Or the tracker funds may be reducing in line with smaller mcap. Last 2 weeks was all more buys than sells price still drifted.

All last week there were more buys than sells and it went down, sometimes by a lot so it is not down to more selling unless somebody is supply the shares to the MMs. The days always started with sells but buys took over. Does look very manipulated and being so rangebound for the placing to get away does seem to have quelled a lot of enthusiasm to make big moves.

The RNS have been good. If Tesla or Toyota or Nissan even got half a mention I guess the price would shoot to 50p instantly so can feel why people would be frustrated by this not knowing but fairly sure it's so high level it's just the norm and polite. On other shares sometimes a cash offer comes out of the blue and usually the bidder is named, but this is bigger I think and no final price has been agreed yet or they have been made to jump through some hoops to get an offer in the higher part of the range.

There's actually been loads of info the only detail really missing is the name of the bidder but until an offer is finalised I would think that normal and polite to the bidder.

This has been one of the most successful shares on AIM. The camaraderie is actually a work of genius in some ways and Ian's solid calm support from genuine investors who saw the opportunity early too, and Mac or Rowka's spock level knowledge keeping people's minds open on the many possibilities in the ground.

You could call it mad but if you are sitting on hundreds of thousands profit it's been pretty worthwhile to your investment and helped a lot of people to stick with their great choice of share through thick and thin. Too many idiots on here lately talk about the SP as though it's a crypto price divorced from fundamentals, even some half credible articles. It's like a new short has started or we've upset another bulletin board or something.

The board even used ACF reports to give shareholders an idea on values. It probably doesn't want to be irresponsible letting the price get too far away before a deal is done. If they were unscrupulous they might only think of self interest but I actually think with the Russian govt now involved this does have to follow a responsible line. They won't probably care too much on the SP day to day it's all about end figure they will be very hard pushed to sell their own stakes before a deal is concluded anyway.

There will be NDAs in place, accumulation, manipulation, placing at 26.5p to get the Rosgeo JV running for the preferred bidder and so on. The shorters and derampers don't help as MM's do read the boards to judge sentiment and so on.

I rang spreadex actually they said no they don't invest direct and will be related to client but can't say if it is short or long or whatever. I only buy shares long so don't really get involved on that side.

I am never sure what spreadex buys means. I think they do have an investment division so could be good ii money. On other hand may be related to spread bets and so on. I couldn't see BRES as a great shorts target at this stage now though so hope it is the former.

Top of my head someone already covered that billions the buyout price is at auction value I think they said so wont be at a big premium. If it was hundreds of millions the resource would be billions so it's arguably irrelevant too. If they sell MT its no issue but do need to start working on it now as they have 2 years to activate the assets.

Seen some tweets about 40pc rhodium in some ore bodies. That would make it dwarf the test. 8t 10 to 15pc it would become half of all revenue. Think eua may continue and receive rhodium royalties if buyer cant afford it all in one go. So we may as well crack on with rosgeo too.

It is unwise to reveal all that is on offer for strategic reasons. People enterring DD should always find more to wet the whistle. It's not quite rule 1 but it is advanced mining knowhow.

I think it's clearer now they are paid for by EUA than before. Therefore I do agree they seem like subliminal guides for people who still whinge about having no figures. This one came out on day of placing for example and stressed Rhodium not included and very conservative.

placings rarely happen at all time highs and can be arranged way in advance. Look at ECR for that did one at 2p after recent 4p ATH but the average over the year was 2p. It happens as you try to satisfy short term hinger against long term strategic decisions.

The return of "looking forward to further updates" is a blessing. Bod probably agreed 26.5p placing a while back with someone important or an introducer. They can't hold the price down but our brokers can talk to brokers can talk to MMS etc. Clearly the ACF report is their way of communicating how its going. Up to 80p for MT and flanks with Rhodium indications and rosgeo pp still being weighed in. Timed with placing to settle nerves. Should take this to 35 or 40 p really but placing just happened.
