Usually the negative trades are rollover trades in accounts where the holder has enough credit to commit to a trade but settle later. Often accompanied by a near identical positive trade if it rolls over. They have to pay any extra on the date. A lot of shares got a bunch of late reported positives before open then couple of hours later negatives today. Not sure if they matched or what the explanation is yet.

I'm not much of an expert on quartz veins but sometimes if crumbly not all the gold is recovered on drilling so a type where true grades can tend to be higher. It also can be easily targeted for cost efficiency.

There is definitely scope here for a significant find I would say.
