Yep agree it is within 12 months. There are 6 brokers that have DT as buy which is more important.

While they can be useful in building an overall picture of a company’s prospects, they are just one piece of information to be considered.

The financial press tends to love broker forecasts and broker ratings as they provide easy copy for their articles and a clear action point for their readers. They also make excellent fodder for financial TV channels.

The DT statement above is why my friends (PI's) we have invested in the bargain stock of the FTSE 250. The 'ripple effect' on this news and then demand will be a game changer to the SP moving forward in my opinion.

I think you need to accept that the short game by QCM was poor and has had the opposite impact on the SP to what they expected.

The SP has materially increased since the report and QCM have materially reduced their short position. That is the FACTS that you need to accept. As Numis stated who are completely independent and respected, QCM swung and missed.

QCM have clearly moved on and have been exposed.....there is zero value in you continuing to make any case when the authors have already jumped ship......you are wasting your time and PI's time repeating the same NON Factual points.

You see it all the time in the market, can take a little while to see the material SP uplift from a great RNS update, given the backdrop of the SP last week, the recent rise of 20%-25%, it takes a little while to shake the investor tree and materially move again. Rome was not built in a day as they say....

But if you focus on the RNS update the news will make a material difference to the SP in due course make no mistake on that.

There was some resistance yesterday and today at 255p mark....only reason being is the tranche of investors who came in at 200-210p and are taking their 20%. Nature of any stock, all types of investors with different targets. We will be smashing through the 255 mark very soon, be in no doubt PI's.

For long term holders the path is looking very bright currently with the buyback schemes, shorts reducing, sensational RNS this morning on new customer deals, results next month and TB potentially sniffing around to make a new improved offer in due course. DYOR

The information would have been NDA'd from Jefferies until public release this morning. I am more than happy with the strategy from Jefferies.......another £71Mish to go....it is death by a thousand cuts for the shorts :0

QCM produced a baseless and $rap due diligence (DD) report as we all know. As an example there are hundreds of due diligence reports produced every week within the banking industry. Often these reports are outsourced to the big 4 consultancies. These reports are used to make strategic decisions within banks and must be credible, evidence based and accurate etc in order to make the correct strategic calls. There are ZERO DISCLAIMERS as this would discredit the report completely and cannot be acted upon by the executive. The executive require confidence in the reports and have effectively outsourced the risk of the strategic call to some extent by making the consultancy accountable for the findings and then the executive are accountable for making the correct strategic call and they are accountable for that element of the risk decision.

What are you getting VERY mixed up with is a binding agreement between 2 parties whereby both parties have contractual provisions to protect their side of the deal in the event anything goes wrong.

The QCM report is a not an agreement between 2 parties!!!!! it is supposedly due diligence but as we know it is a pile of $Hite that QCM could not attest or stand behind.

That is completly incorrect oldgold22 regarding financial documents. Not sure where you have worked and have ever been involved in the banking industry, but if you did, you would know what you are saying is nonsense.

There are no liabilities to protect if you are dealing with FACTS. In a court of law you will always be proven to be correct if it is factual evidence. Contractually you insert disclaimers if you cannot defend your position i.e no evidence no facts and from a risk perspective you will get sued handsomely if what you are you stating is incorrect. QCM gave the game away on their lack of facts on the opening page.......
