If Poppy stated that the Chair was departing that in my opinion would be a game changer in the market and would move the SP significantly. I cannot see it happening for this update in March as ideally you would announce the successor at the same time (that takes a long time). But I am hoping Poppy is starting to think about it internally. The market will also welcome a couple of new non executive directors (NEDs) which could be more feasible in the timeframe if she is listening to the market.

The original revenue forecasts in the Jan RNS are only marginally out. There is a possibility they could be amended subject to new deals from Prevent/OT etc and the biggest deal ever being baked in etc.

I am not a techie by any stretch but anybody that is welcome their thoughts.....but Heal and Prevent OT sound like industry leading products. Some real detail on test results of Heal, rollout date, the material impact it will have for companies as well new customer demand for Prevent/OT is the most interesting bit for me.

Customer retention, new customers, ARR etc is bread and butter and do not expect any negatives in there which will be good.

Any other thoughts guys.....What are we thinking/expecting Winstanley, MrLong, 100notout, lending etc???

FY 23 - Outlook for the year - improved forecast or not?
Management changes - couple of new NED's or not?
Game changing products - Heal and Prevent/OT - Great results on Heal testing? Great interest/demand for Prevent/OT?

I totally agree MrLong and is why I never got involved in boards before. But it is fun rinsing them, to ensure even one PI is not impacted.

I would personally focus on what you are invested in Karl.....Mars, 888, Asos......you have a lot on your plate and you clearly have done zero research on DT based on your nonsensical posts.

You are stating that it is real levels now.....then now DT is significantly undervalued in comparison to its competitors.

Definitely do not agree with your points....the facts are in the RNS's in terms of number of customers, customer retention and revenues etc. DT have just signed their biggest multi million pound agreement to date!

The facts are there in terms of DT's industry leading edge AI products rolled out this year.

The facts are the exponential demand for leading edge cyber products where the cost and support for these products is minimal versus the potential impact of a data/IT incident for the big global corporates.

Ah I used to be a long time voyeur of the LSE :).......but dipped my toe in last year!

In my view, there will be another takeover attempt this year. The key reasons being their leading edge AI products, DT is way too cheap at the moment in comparison to their main competitors and there are many good sources that align to that position i.e Washington post made the statement recently, 6 'buy' broker recommendations, EBITA etc etc

The yanks love a great UK tech company, the exchange rate is favourable, billions of private equity money floating around....lets see only my opinion.

Only £6.3M of £75M spent to date. It has been running for a couple of weeks already....it is an excellent drip feed approach Not sure what FTSE's you track KarlTaylor, in terms of momentum?? But the trajectory has been excellent since all the noise that DT had to manage.

For me a bit like DT cyber products it is a proactive measure as well as reactive measure regarding shorts. It has ensured that QCM are scurrying away like rats very quickly with their tail between their legs in terms of reactive measure, but more importantly the proactive strategy of continuing with the buyback strategy until Q4 this year will mean long term it will be significantly more difficult for any short to launch an attack in the future due to circa 13% reduction in freefloat and the cost to loan shares by shorts will be materially more expensive.

The key point being that the £75M invested over this year on buybacks and do not forget the Equiniti £25M, is a very cost effective move and potentially could be worth £500M -£1BN or more to DT by preventing a future short attack and a decrease in SP if that makes sense. DT have plenty of cash to burn so there are no issues in that respect.

Watch the trajectory of the SP up until results day in 3 weeks, the day of results and post results as DT have 2 industry leading - game changing products.

I hope the DT marketing team track all the daily cyber attacks and make a concerted effort the very same day or next day to storm the relevant companies executive offices with help, support and guidance on how they can eradicated the threats moving forward and future proof them......with the relevant DT multi million pound contract of course!! :)
