Clueless - many of us have repeatedly acted like that. Is it worth it? I guess it depends what you’ve got left in. As someone else said, it’s literally a gamble now, a sort of 3 sided coin - win and we could increase, settle and remain as we are, lose and the business is finished.

For now. Even if we win, do you trust the board to put it to good use? This finger in the air board have just revised down full year revs by at least 30% and their 50% reduction in covid income guess was completely wrong. Job losses and cost cutting on the horizon and still loss making. All whilst execs on 200k+ want a 10% pay rise.

I’m devastated again this morning but am fully expecting apologies this morning. I’ve been slated and abused for my realistic outlook, called a paid de-ramper etc for months. All I’ve done is call out the constant incompetence which is again unfolding before our eyes.
I’m literally a genuine holder down 63% before today, and probably 75% in 15 mins, so am thoroughly ****ed off with the abuse.

Wish I knew - given the people in charge of this company, do you trust them to hire the right amount and skilled team of barristers? We’re now fully loss making so I expect they’ll be cutting costs wherever they can.

100%. They’ll be out as quickly as possible. They saw this coming. Again, insiders know what is coming and buy and sell appropriately.
