Seems fairly normal. We’ve only ever made money once and our SP reflected that. Consistently loss making now so market judges us as such.

Probably gets a massive payoff and ****s off somewhere else for a big payday.

Easy chair - we’re not getting any big contracts whilst the dispute drags on. We’ve lost credibility due to it. It’s killing the SP and sales. It’s almost like the gov don’t care whether the El but just want NCYT crushed out of spite.

Unfortunately it has done nothing for their share price, other than a very quick pump and dump in the days after.

As Kaeren said, unsure it’s a good idea. We should be cutting the cost base as much as possible currently, not shelling out the best part of £100k to bring In little revenue. But who are we to judge, DA is at the wheel.

I unfiltered you because I thought there may be a vaguely sensible response to a sensible query. Do you know how utterly weird it sounds that you think that one person on thins board could have any impact whatsoever on the SP? It’s literally laughable. This is a discussion forum, proper traders who decide the share price do not have the time or inclination to be swayed by it. Seriously, have a word woth yourself.

It really hits home how important a proper leader is, as you say. Similar to football teams littered with great players, led by the wrong manager and it’s a shambles.

If he isn’t ratified, how long for him to get out of the door?
My concern is that so many people are disillusioned with this that there won’t be enough votes and he’ll sail through. That said, there should be a lot of anger at the moment which you’d like to think translates to negative votes.

Abingdon are almost back to where they were before they announced the settlement, so the dispute resolution may not have a great deal of impact on the price anyway.

Very fair assessment DRB. Inclined to agree, they all need to go. Adding zero value. I’ve voted against so hoping enough people will. As you say, overseeing a complete destruction of the SP and woeful revenues and forecast is ultimately the final straw. £500k on non covid in 3 months. £2m a year once covid has gone. Yet the clowns spout £100m a year projections. Becomes more laughable every time you say/type it.
I wonder how much cash it will cost to get rid of these incompetents in pay offs. Also, who will drive it? Obviously shareholders can oust DA but what about the other morons? Can we do anything to attempt to oust them?
It’ll likely hit the SP a bit as the market will see it as far more time to get the strategy in place but at £20m ish below cash anyway, you’d hope it wouldn’t go too much further (dispute aside).

BH good post and tend to agree about the management. Do you think DA’s appointment will even be ratified? After what has happened recently I’d be amazed if it was. He’s quite literally done nothing other than oversee an unbelievable drop in the SP and deliver zero good news.

BH - the realistic amongst us aren’t. Whatever the outcome I think the SP will just track cash or thereabouts. We’re a loss making company now so no premium to be had. Fair value is cash at bank.

No sorrows being drowned here thanks. Still hate this dog of a share but today offered new job at a 50% pay hike so a good financial day for once. Be able to average down lots more when that kicks in and we’re at 50p a share!

LTIP - why set the bar so high when they knew how bad the business was performing?
Was it an act to shut shareholders up because it looked like it showed ambition?
Do they have zero desire to be there in a couple of years so it is completely irrelevant anyway?

Director buys - ok, let’s ignore GM’s buy last year as that was all linked to getting his bonus. JM also in the £8’s. Odd
Why would DA and JM sink £100k in earlier this year when they knew the thing is on its knees? Again, to placate shareholders?
Ok they’re rich and will reimburse themselves but it’s still a chunky cost.
