There won'tt be, Amers. We know all of this from the H1 update. Painting it as 'highlights' when we all know H1 was a complete **** show with no sign of improvement. This is quite literally a waste of time.

Same as last time. They look completely disinterested. Getting paid hundreds of thousands a year yet still showing such contempt for shareholders. Utter disgrace.

Pointless emailing Mandy as it will be a generic email to say something along the lines of "thanks for your enquiry, we don't give two ****s about you PI's so please **** off. We feel we have strong grounds to assert our contractual rights.."

My pessimism here isn't indicative of my days generally, I can compartmentalise. I was happy with Friday's rise but knew it would end up being fully reversed by the following Friday, traders slicing their 10%. Can't see much happening at the AGM tomorrow other than the usual clowns looking utterly board and reeling out the same old spiel. The only positive will be their faces if their pathetic cash grab is voted against.

When and how will we ever find out, though? Genuine question and don't want the attitude. They mask good news with even worse news in RNS updates, have completely tanked the sales figures, visibly take the **** out of us (Wakefield's 7k share purchase) and yet want a massive pay hike. The LTIP makes no sense as it's so unrealistic, same as the bull**** £100m/annum revenue, so what is their game?

I was referring to many missed acquisition opportunities, ie. NCYT will likely not make any until the dispute is settled, which could be years away. Not sure what is incorrect or negative about that, just a fair take on the situation.

We know Bio dumped about 750k shares, likely at a loss. Hardly a sign they're keen to stick around, is it? Or are they now going to go big to 'average down' and get a great buy in price?

I haven't knocked the arse out of my investment, that has been done quite well by the board and the market.

Dispute resolution could be years away - could be many missed opportunities in that time. And cash burn, not to mention impacts of inflation. Marcap 20% less than cash in bank - BOD absolutely clueless.

Because there aren't any? The board have returned us to being a loss making company in double quick time following the lottery win. Bloated organisation, board on stupid amounts of money (and wanting more), £10m on R&D with nothing of note to sell - the cash will run down pretty quickly at that rate. Even if they do spend it on an acquisition (no chance until the dispute is resolved) do you have any faith in them to get good value, buy the right company etc.? We all rejoiced when Bio started buying in but look what happened after a couple of months, they could see what a **** show it is and starting dumping.

Likely the DHSC are stalling and stalling in the hope that NCYT get bored and give in to their demands. With the incompetence we have at the helm, it wouldn't surprise me if we did just that.

Absolutely right. I can't imagine any PI would have voted in favour of the disgusting pay rises, unless of course they have a vested interest, whatever that may be, of course. They cannot pilfer the cash pile whilst running the company into the ground.

Profits being taken from the rise late last week, standard stuff as it's totally a day trader's stock now.

What is going on with the SP? No change showing on here or HL, yet in my AJBell account even though the stock is showing as down 1.59% my total holding is about 32% down from Friday's close??

Any calcs for that, wba? Look at the ABD SP - it's back to pre-resolution levels. Yes we have more cash so hopefully any rise will hold to at least what we have in the bank, but we also have an utterly incompetent board so I for one am incredibly nervous about them throwing £100M around. Sellers see a naive buyer coming from a mile off and will take them for as much as possible.
