No, it won’t. It may push us to £110-120M marcap but with no strategy (April will be here soon for the big reveal) post covid there’s no premium to be had. But if we’re to win it’ll go through the courts and take years.

What about if we crumple to the dhsc? Cash is zero.

When covid was a cash cow and the CEO needed to pump for a big bonus.. we’ve now lost pretty much all covid income and have a CEO who seemingly wants this to go to pennies again.

Can we discuss why he would want this to go private? Easier life, presumably?

It can’t be delusion now, has to be deliberate. They think that Twitter is sufficient for relentless posts about products and what they’re up to, but not for AGM vote reach. It’s embarrassing. We’ve been saying for over a year now they want PI’s out and it is more and more obvious by the day.
