Forgive my ignorance but if it was to get up to 365 wouldn't everyone just sell there shares before the deal is done hence bring the share price right down?

Ive just read an artical that said " the share is currently trading at £3.30 , well below the offer price of £3.60 + 10p divi , which suggests the market is expecting more drama ahead". thinking hypethetically , if the markets wernt expecting more drama ahead and they thought this was a done deal can the SP be bought up to the current bid price only or is it possible for it to exceed it?

I also read that this offer still has to be voted on by IDS shareholders at the AGM in september so quite some time before we can even think about going shopping lol.

He absolutely has 2 accounts. This is quite obvious just by the fact that all his posts get one recommend within minutes of him posting. Quite sad really. If everyone just doesn't reply and reports all of his posts as " Abusive or desruptive" with a bit of luck he may dissappear again. He may even finally get a girl/boyfriend and realise there is more to life than the Internet. We can but dream.

I think he was just saying that he received the message on Wednesday about the first offer. Several of my colleagues received the same email from shareview.

This is clearly the general concensus among members just by the amount of recommends yet you continue to post your drivel. Your last post would have been perfectly fine if you had just left out the "disruptive and abusive behaviour". What is your actual problem? Just get over it, people have different opinions and you're not always right. Try and be a nice person for the sake of the board jees.

I would actually argue that it's more my "jurisdiction" than it is yours. I've made clear that I have a sizable investment here and I'm also a long standing employee of the company. What do we know about you? You spend every minute of every day trolling people on forums so. You've either got no job or a job that allows you to sit in front of a laptop all day with nothing to do of any importance, maybe a security guard or something of that nature. You keep banging on about how much money you're going to make but it's common knowledge your average isn't great.
