I seriously would consider not answering angers question , he's not at all interested in your reply , he just wants to spout more rm propaganda at you , which I imagine you've already heard quite a lot of in the workplace. He's asked me and many others the same question and it never ends well , he can't deal with any other view but his own.

Your posts just keep compounding the fact that you are absolutely clueless with regards to anything that goes on within royal mail. All your information is garnered online and you only choose to listen to the stuff that suits. If you actually knew anything at all about how royal mail is run you would know that just because royal mail say they are getting rid of 10000 workers in the midst of a dispute doesn't mean the business can survive without that 10000 members. You would also know that RM can't even provide a decent service today with the volumes and staff they have and that's even with all the agency staff they hire at a higher rate than us ( bit apparently there is no money). That service is going to be further diminished massivley now they have implemented siso and banned overtime . They may well threaten and indeed act on the 10000 redundancies but they know fine well they will have to rehire them all again to cope . But they want to rehire them on 10% less pay and terrible t&c's. Its called fire and rehire , you've probably read about it on your websites. A small firm called P&O ferries did a very similar thing recently , did you not see that when you were looking at all your website looking for articles that suit you?

I said protecting future 'workers' not future 'jobs'. If RM are saying we need 10000 less workers then we need 10000 less workers , and that isn't because we have had a couple of strike days , it's because of **** poor management by the company . We are striking to protect the future workforce , how ever many that maybe after RM have decimated the business.

You're totally clueless anger . We are striking to protect the future workers . They would be hired on 10% less than current workers and have to work alongside them also with much worse t&c's. If it was every man for himself why would employees that are leaving soon vote against RM? I for one , as a network driver am not affected by the changes as much as others and I'm not voting for the pay offer as it is a ridiculous offer for others, especially the front line posties . So stop talking bo77ox. You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about other than what you read , copy and paste from your little biased investment websites daily. Why are you so affected and bothered about royal mail?? Because you're investment Is shot that's why , so don't talk to me about selfish workers just out for themselves when you're only interest here is yourself . Cretin.
The thing is JB it's not even close to 9%. 2% is a lump sum payment so not a pay rise and its not even guaranteed, in fact we are more likely not to receive it than we ar to get it. The 3.5% that is to be added to this year's pay is not backdated to April so is actually closer to 1.5% for the year and a measly 1.5% for next year . And that's the best part of the whole offer lol. The t&c's are the worst bit of the deal. RM only put out initially the parts that may of been acceptable to some but funnily enough left out all the really bad stuff like annualised ours and more importantly the decimation of some allowances that will see a lot of people with less pay after the deal. If we were to accept this deal now there would be no coming back for employees even if the changes made RM profitable.
Uh oh , look out everyone , it's a red day , we are getting very angry Mr angry today , as apposed to the seemingly normal angry of the past couple of blue days . You're so transparent mate , clearly very stressed about your holding and it shows. Even the investors are bored of your repetitive website copy and paste tripe on here as someone posted yesterday.
