I agree, they should have suspended the shares to avoid losses for new investors or investors who are averaging in the hope of recouping their losses. This is very disgusting behaviour from CINEworld if this is going to die or wipe out all investors.

I am hoping for a bounce to maybe above 3.5p and take manageable losses. Is that going to happen or is it just a slow death for all of us.

Possibly, can't rule out. Happened to me with AFR few years ago. Will cut losses on any dead cat bounce, if any!

In hindsight, we could have kept Uganda without any RBL redetermination issues as interest was worth $4.2b, and we would have needed extra 575m only.(UG proceeds) I guess Uganda would be worth around $1b today based on current oil price.

I think Rahul is signalling that we are open for takeover offers given that we have fixed most of the issues pertaining to the company in an increasing oil price environment.

The increase in finance cost is way lower than some people stating here which bodes well for all the holders.

Just wondering why Odey have increased their short given that the debt and finances are being dealt with. Do they want to close their shorts at 100p

You say the bonds will be issued in next few days. I thought this could take a bit longer i.e. by end of June20 at the latest per Rahul. Furthermore, I think the banks have been under some kind of pressure by the climate change campaigners for investing in oil sector so maybe one of the reasons to get rid or not having RBL lending anymore, which works well for us as you say the bi-annual assessment just causes unwanted uncertainties.

Rahul could have taken a safer route by opting for equity dilution if his neck was not on the line. Given the massive personal gains he will be making for SP above 50p, he will definitely pull this off. This is called shooting all birds with one stone.

Once the 2026 senior notes have been underwritten in full, which I think will be the case, there won't be the 18 month RBL going concern assessment(a pain in the bum), no share dilution, dividend prospects, oil price prediction of $80, and no bond repayments for next 5 years. This is now looking very impressive and I can see lot of blue skies ahead of us.

i have added more to my already significant holding in Tullow but I was wondering if anybody has bought Call options or put options when it comes to Tullow shares and whether that is possible? I’m just trying to explore this area, so that I can potentially increase my holdings and manage my risks when the time arrives. Any guidance on premium and providers will be much appreciated.

The is nothing other than a much needed reset before the next leg up. This is done mainly for people to get onboard who may have missed out in rising oil prices. Happened with equities (looks at US now at all time highs)and other commodities last year.

This time next week POO will be trading at $68-$70, and that will then start another bull run.

Hold your shares tight and enjoy the ride.

Jus curious, At what price do you intend to close your short if Tullow keeps going up or falls below your shorted entry price?
As a LTH, i will start to sell part of my TLW shares if it gets to £1. If it goes down, will continue to hold and reanalyse.

I wonder if I could use tax losses of c.£20k from 2014/15 i took when Afren plc went bust. Just to confirm i did not report about these losses to Hmrc.
