Ocado rose mainly due to highest shorted UK company via the takeover rumour catalyst. Asos is no longer shorted around those levels, but will be interesting to see if any bids come through.

Exactly! its just a matter of time now before it explodes. Giving some time to shorts to cover/close it too.

Most of the Ocado holders including meare in loss or just even so don't expect them to jump from Ocado to Asos today. They may do once Ocado gets to 800p range

US markets did set a low in October 22 when the inflation was at peak roughly 9%+ as far as I remember. Since then, US markets are in a bull run with NASdaq up almost 40% from its lows set in October 22. IF we have seen inflation peaked today, could it do the same as US bull run, is yet to be seen. Interesting times ahead indeed!

It will be interesting to see how sp reacts when it gets to the placement price of 418p..Good day so far, wasn't expecting on the back of inflation data released this morning.

I personally wouldn't want to buy an item on sale that I can't return as I have not seen it physically, wore it, check fitting, etc. It would be a waste of money for the customer just like gambling in casino..lol. Going via this option can adversely affect revenue and therefore profitability...all IMHO. Is Shein/Boo revenue as much as ASOS?...I doubt it.

Can buy more Asos clothing and book holidays if we get to £10 before summer holidays...lol
