I have decided to close my position today due to personal and financial reasons. Although I believe the situation with Ocado may improve, getting back to my average of under 600p may take some time.

I am assuming the shorts were added after the Sobey's news broke out resulting in a sharp drop thereafter. Though the short % has increased, it does not necessarily mean that significant drops will happen. That's my view!

What other bad news can come out of TIm and his team? Just when you think, the worst is over, this happens! Can we have one piece of good news from Tim, god dammit!

Skimmed through the report and couldn't find anything negative. Medium term looks very positive. Anyone found out reason for the drop today?

An acquisition by any big organisation cannot be ruled out neither can sign up of new CFC. The fact that Ocado has been in 330p to 380p range over the last 3 months suggest to me that short is not the only play here as you imply as the movement has been sideways. Also, as you say you are short since £9 days without any exit plan as I have asked you earlier too makes me wonder about credibility of you and your positions.

Nothing has changed to go short either and can move at any direction based on any new developments. Given that every bad news that has been thrown over to Ocado, it has been holding up okay for now.

PS- Ocado turned green after your post today confirming that you are a good inverse indicator...lol

Not sure about £220 anytime soon, but we could see 390p-400p tomorrow if inflation prints under 2% handle.

I won't be surprised if it closes green today as ValuePlay is quite an inverse indicator at times...

Fundamentals don't matter as even good earnings destroyed the share price.

Go and check the EZJ chart- it has the most beautiful chart at the moment, both RSI and MACD curling up on daily and hourly. It broke 470p yesterday convincingly which has been the major resistance in the past. This will be past 500p this week in my view.

Was there any reason for the fall post earnings? That's your answer!

Not good to make fun of others!! Ocado having a bad day - Its your day so far today so just enjoy your short profits but that won't last is my view..

Well we need a very good day tomorrow i.e. atleast +20% in order to keep Ocado in FTSE 100 I believe. Not impossible but improbable!

Shorttracker states that Millennium has closed out completely i.e. 0%. Even if a short goes under 0.5%, short tracker does state the % of short held by the shorter. In this case, it's stated as 0% unless they have made an error!

I guess that's the explanation to the very high UT trade from last Friday. Only thing puzzling me is that despite the shorts close, we did not spike at all. Guess this is called organised shorting!!!!
