In yesterdays' RNS, it was stated that hbr will have free cash flow if Brent averages @85 pb. Oil has been under $85 pb since the start of the year. Same could be said that HBR will generate significant free cash flow if oil averages $100pb. May they just wanted to fill the space as I wanted it irrelevant.

KR leaped 5.% in premarket trading Thursday toward 22-month high, after the grocery chain reported fiscal fourth-quarter profit and same-store sales that beat expectations, and indicated it was still pursuing its acquisition of Albertsons Companies Inc. ACI despite regulatory pushback. Net income for the quarter through January rose to $736 million, or $1.01 a share, from $450 million, or 62 cents a share, in the year-ago period. We are back below the price before the deal was announced which was during last Xmas -2 months ago and oil price has climbed up too in the same period. Guess market thinks there will be no deal and increase in oil price is irrelevant for hbr. Linda needs to either instil confidence by buying some shares now or give market an update on the deal situation. This radio silence from the IR team is ridiculous.

This week has merely been a consolidation after last week breakout. This is standard behaviour as it now cools of RSI and by doing that it has created a bull flag which by it's name is quite bullish. It is now gathering energy for another leg up that could be quite substantial.
