Absolutely! The tech is there and is proven to cut costs and increase efficiency. The effectiveness lies in scaling which can be done if the likes of Amazon or Kroger can acquire the AI robotic arm of Ocado or in full. We are not far I believe.

Have decided to top up again at 351p level for now...perhaps we could see a late afternoon rise in expectation of Monday's AGM. Possibly some positive news coming out of the AGM meeting and/or speculation about US listing or takeover. GLA

AAL takeover possibility in ftse 100. One could only hope the same for Ocado...Fingers crossed!

That's very good news for Ocado given that Rick is set to leave Ocado next year but is still buying shares implying his confidence in the future of Ocado.

From 10p off the share price to 20p off today...is that the change in trend in terms of intensity of fall...crazy...not sure how low we go tomorrow now.

Why is the CEO/BOD so quiet given that we are down 50%+ in last 4 months. Other than sueing M&S that negatively affected the share price, nothing constructive has come out of OCADO. We need a plethora of good news to bring it back to late December/January levels.

Sorting out the Ocado and M&S debacle would be in favour of both the parties I believe. If not, then M&S will have to sort out their online delivery platform allowing OCADO to explore new opportunities in US. Anyway, we need an update with regards to this matter as this is clearly affecting the sentiment.

On a separate note, Tesco that delivered record results has reversed all the gains + some extras today.

Tesco didn't even budge, infact going up only, goes to prove my earlier point that the up move was nothing to do with Tesco

It's to do with Ocado more than Tesco results I think as rest of them are hardly up including Tesco that is up less than 1% on those results. Perhaps, there was way too negativity and got shorted to death, hoping to see a sustained curl up now..

Last night news broke out that Apple were now looking into building home robots. As some of you may know that Apple likes to buy or invest in small businesses. They recently invested in a small AI company based in Canada. Perhaps Apple could invest in Ocado's robot business or use its tech for their long term aspirations? Just speculating!

Chair is not stepping down today, it's one year away and there's plenty of time to find a replacement. I guess not much of an event with respect to share price movement. Let's see

Stock markets may come down sighting sticky or higher inflation if oil goes up to $105+ level and the good old HBR may follow the downturn in stock market rather than higher oil price, such is this stock now!! Hopefully we see 320p level before all this happens. Wonder what will happens to HBR if oil starts falling back to low 80s!
