As far as I know the finished article isn't, it's still being fiddled with - so there is nothing to test yet.
Where do you get the information from that it has run 2-3 months without fault ?

Yes it says it has nothing of any worth. That doesn't say the Charger does not exist. Yes it simply points out the company is worthless. It has no useful product, it has virtually no employees. No assets of any worth, since the Charger is practically worth nothing, come to think of it there doesn't appear to be one in existence!. Where is its manufacture and test site in Poland ? If it exists it will be some rented property, thus not any real asset. It has virtually no money. There also appears to be virtual nothing spent on development. It is has no worth plain and simple.

Where is the worth to make it worthwhile investing in this company ?

To reply to your posts earlier today:
a. As is recorded in my posting history - I have never owned a single share in Flow.
b. I don't write bad stuff, you sound like D J himself. I write mainly about the statements made by this company. I
dispute whats written, the total ambiguity and the lack of any verifiable facts and the total failure to follow up on
anything they write. I highlight the total inconsistencies in the RNS statements which gives little confidence in anything
the company states. You may call it bad but people can compare it to the statements you write.

c. Evidence today, your take on JG's salary; its been written in black and white for all to read in the final results each year
he earns £80,000 you seem to have a problem with facts, as stated by the company not me.

d. I have never said the product does not exist. Please point everyone to my posting that states the charger does not

Oldblue: go to the RNS icon at the top of this page and look at the financial report for 2019. There you will see, if you read far enough down, directors salaries. JG is paid £ 80,000 and SG is paid £12,000. He has been paid this for the last few years.

Then you can apologise.

Oldblue: Contractors/consultants are fine BUT they cost the earth. The money spent on development in according to the last figures is £169,000. There is also the statement " wages and salaries for employees has been included in the development cost " So how much is the D & D director worth? This person must be the centre of the universe for Inspirit because surely JG isn't an expert on mechanical/electronic engineering nor complex development of Stirling engines ! Since the D&D directors salary isn't in the list of directors salaries his/hers must be in the development costs. If I were JG I'd be paying him at least £80,000; now even that is small change for a guy that's going to deliver a world class beating boiler that will sell in millions - to replace the 70 million in Europe. So that leaves £89,000 in the development kitty. Absolute peanuts to develop anything of worth. Admin costs were £254,000! In that 89k are there anymore salaries ? Where is all the money for those contractors ? Mechanical 3D engineers, electronic design engineers, buyers, assembly workers, IT staff ??? Travel costs to attend meetings with sub contractors, customers, test houses ?? The list is endless !

Of course the solution is easy - they all work for free ! Contractors - think again

Who is working on it, the company doesn't employ anyone?

How can this be worked on when they have been in discussions with a European company for a whole year about certification of a device that's not even built yet. What do you discuss for a whole year ?

Testing and discussions that's all that ever happens with nebulous Europeans!

"We have progressed with very favourable discussions with the large marine engine manufacturer and these discussions are continuing."

In what way have the talks progressed? Continuing isn't progress. Progress is finishing talks and moving on to the next step. Carrot-on-a-stick !

Chairman's statement:

This is the same bluster written last year 29 March. Copy and paste. A complete and utter joke

Actually I've messed the dates up, oops apologies.

It's interesting to note that the top statement is simply a cut and past from last years 29 March 2019 statement. In that statement there is a couple of typos i.e. bottom of first paragraph reads ..... cost base product latter his year.

The 2020 statement reads .....cost base product later his year. So, he managed to correct one error but not the other.

So, after a whole year he copied and pasted the 2019 statement and added one or two lines and some waffle about thanking the conversion note holders. The design and development director ? he also had trouble filling in any real progress. Oh nearly forgot about the manufacturing and testing facility in Poland, I'll hazard a guess it's a shed in someones garden.

This has to be a joke, to repeat last years Chairman's statement. He couldn't sit down and write a considered statement. Perhaps that's because in reality, there is no progress. Remember this is supposed to be going into production this year, that must take a lot of work, organisation and contracts, not to say a lot of money. Where is the information that this is progressing to manufacture ?????? The joke, I think, is on Joe Public ..... YOU

During the period, the Group continued to advance its microCHP boiler and marine engine application with its European partners. To this end, improvements to the design of the Group's Stirling engine technology, including output of 6.4kW, progressed further with the simplification as part of the 'design for manufacture' process and meeting the challenges in new technology development, sourcing cheaper materials and efficiency re-redesign. All these factors resulted in further delays to the certification process although we hope to progress forward with a higher output and cheaper cost base product later his year.
The Group has continued discussions with a European company that may carry out the certification process, with the new cheaper but robust material employed in the latest model, and advanced manufacturing processes as and when the product is approved for production.
As mentioned previously, the applicable market for our technology is global, either as a boiler replacement product or as an add-on to an existing commercial plant room. In the UK there are in excess of 20 million gas boilers installed and more than 1.6 million new and replacement domestic gas boilers are installed each year. This is in addition to almost 300,000 commercial boiler installations each year. Europe as a whole has approximately 70 million boilers installed. These are the first markets to which our technology is applicable. THE COMPANY HAS IDENTIFIED OTHER MARKETS WHERE OUR STIRLING ENGINE TECHNOLOGY CAN BE USED INCLUDING MARINE ENGINE AND WASTE RECYCLING.

Another 6 month of salary for JG and SG

IT must be some manufacturing and testing site. To grab some of the 70 million European market would take one heck of a factory must have cost a few million to set up, wonder where that money came from. The £300,000 wouldn't pay for a decent house in UK. John seems to do wonders with very little money, surely his research and design director must be paid very well to keep him on board.

At the start of 2020 Inspirit Energy set up the manufacturing and testing site in Poland in readiness to implement the manufacturing and testing of the charger unit. The facility is set up for the manufacturing and testing of our developing technology.

Good morning. This company is still valued far too high, it has no assets of worth, no product of worth, no employees of worth, no money, no prospects. The city and savvy investors know this, it's only daft Joe Public that buys into the story. Come on Rocket, Maidit get your hand in your pocket, you'll make millions at this price..... Surely ?

maidit308: I, like many others, didn't appreciate the magnitude of this problem. It's probably the first 'scare' we've had since social messaging came about and that hugely fuels peoples fears - not a bad thing perhaps. I don't think its worth even trying to pick winners. I, more by luck than judgement, am mostly in cash and that's where i'm going to stay. There's going to be some unexpected bombshell news as we get a few weeks in and those are what cripple your investments. I also think the banks will take big hits and take years to recover. Even if the government provide relief, they'll simply be printing money and given Brexit etc it has to be a real killer for the UK economy. Perhaps we need to pray for some good weather and the virus miraculously vanishes.

As I've already said, this is a great opportunity for John Gunn to fill the hole he has dug himself with the worthless Charger. It disappears and so does you money.

Oh and the old Inspirit Charger will vanish from the scene. This is an excellent excuse to ditch it !
Mark my words, if I live through this I WILL remind you !!

I should think that all stock markets will melt down on Monday morning - Virtually all stocks will go into freefall. Many many small and medium businesses will go bankrupt: pubs, estate agents, hotels and B&B, restaurants, cafes and also takeaways, holiday parks etc. The list is endless. The price of oil will drop through the floor. When the deaths start to ramp up, only then will people take it seriously and lock themselves away till its safe to come out. No holidays to Spain, Italy, Greece, Tenerife. No cruises, wholesale slaughter in the travel and leisure industry. Massive unemployment.

Dump all your shares and stay in cash, although even that might not be good advice.

THINK WAR TIME !

It could take a decade or more to get back to normality but I think this will change what we consider is normality.
