Oldblue: Inspirit took over the Disenco appliance to develop, it's electrical output then was 3kW. Why do you refer to 1kW?

Oldblue: On the 30th March I wrote about spotting the difference between the half year report of 2019 and 2020. The 2020 version was just a cut and paste of the 2019 report. It shows the contempt INSP has for its shareholders, posting a virtually identical report, What this tells me is absolutely NOTHING is happening, there is nothing new to report in a year.

He's laughing at you surely. Continuing discussions with the test house ? They make their living testing equipment, what is there to discuss for over a year ? Hand your cash over and they will test you appliance. AND what happened to Enertek carrying out the certification - I wonder !!

This appliance has been in development for about 40 years, it's moved through several companies and created wealth for many people, including the very lucky occasional shareholder. It's simply a ramper's share.

I jus t had a read of the INSP board at ADVN by accident. On this board and theirs it seems to be full of blatant rampers. They post utter nonsense and lies; they are not interested in discussion or considered opinion. Because of their own stupidity they are probably heavily down on this share, they don't even have the sense to get out while they still have the chance take some money from it. They ramp and ramp because they know they have to, otherwise there would be no interest in this company whatsoever

Oldblue: Do you seriously expect me to spend time researching the shareholdings of all AIM directors. His large shareholding is due to the way Inspirit was created not because he's pumped millions of his cash buying up the shares.

Oldblue: he had a vested interest a long time ago but the appliance wasn't viable and has never appeared. While there is lots of talk about efficiencies and saving carbon, in the real world in real homes, they don't produce the results and they are expensive. Disenco went bust Whispergen went bust. Sterling engines have not taken the world by storm, it's had 200 years and will more likely be outpaced by emerging technology.

Yes he has a lot of shares.courtesy of the reverse takeover and not because he's put millions of hard cash into the company. Many directors only put a token cash sum into their companies after all they are awarded lots of shares even when the perform terribly. It's a great game to be in.

Oldblue: Perhaps more interesting is how much he paid for those shares. I assume you are trying to imply he's put a lot of his dosh into this game. That's not necessarily correct.

The spike lasted all of about 5 hours, barely time to boil a kettle never mind organise a share issue.

I'm still waiting for the CIBSE report due the end of 2017 (RNS 16 Aug 2016) This report was to give an impartial review.
Inspirit was to provide the field trial data. Alas and to be expected, there never has been a RNS to say field trials have been completed.

Enertek - are still waiting for the verification boiler (to be delivered second half of Jan 2016 ... RNS 17 Dec 2015

This ' unique and world-leading product ' (RNS 17 Dec 2015) is very elusive! Reading between the lines, the appliance flopped dismally, uneconomic and unviable and was never actually seen outside of Inspirit by the looks of things.

So finally out of the ashes rises the Phoenix 6.4 kW, a device producing 21.4 kW from 20 kW input. The first perpetual energy machine.

'we expect ' to produce our first.. . What happened to everything that went before not a single RNS to explain. The contracts with Enertek and Malvern Boilers, they must be miffed because now Inspirit have a Polish partner doing all the work it seems. Perhaps they left the UK because of a lack of credibility with UK organisations, so much for the 'British Engineered' badge.

Again, reading between the lines it's start all over again. The Poles build a new verification boiler, test, get approvals, sort out new partners for field trials, because of lack of credibility with previous organisations they had agreements with. Eventually and based upon past performance, another several years before anything appears on the shelves. AND where does the money come from ....... yep good old Joe Public. Cos Joe cant be bothered to read a few RNS from the past.

Jimb2: I like your analogy, I really do. And if the Charger ever comes off the production line and performs as claimed you will truly make millions.

But after nearly a decade of development do you not speculate as to why this company isn't making headlines ? After all it has a world beating product to revolutionise home and commercial heating. It has been tried and tested, it is a true piece of British or Polish engineering. It heats your home and provides you with electricity. It pays for itself in just 3 to 4 years. It's sealed for life, no maintenance. It's quiet and small. It's truly wonderful. But a small clue to why you'll never make your millions is. ....... Nobody is interested !!

It's simply an eternal design project, spinning the yarn, gathering dust in a Polish shed. Everyone in the market appears to know this except the diehards here, desperately hoping to recoupe their money.

Of course Oldblue blames me for shorting ! But There are diehards on every board blatantly ignoring the totally obvious, desperately blaming derampers and ignoring facts and replacing with fiction.
