For example denial that In-spirit only employ 4 employees, all directors; as published in In-spirit's accounts.

I don't like seeing people being shafted. I've lost plenty in the past. Aim is filled with companies that will never deliver but will take your money.

The signs for these companies are there to be seen, unfortunately too many people with too little sense are desperately trying to make a fast buck. Yes you can trade these shares with full knowledge of what they are but long term it is not a good money strategy.

Long term holders will inevitably lose out as they get hit from a bolt from the blue. Ask Octagonal shareholders!

Davies102: There is a wealth of postings going back well over one year. I would advise you to read them. Additionally go through all the RNS statements, these allow you to determine, with hindsight, if the company performed as claimed to the market and investors. I am a disbeliever.

29 March 2018: In-spirit say

" the Group is now looking to proceed to the certification process whereby the Inspirit Charger will be subjected to testing by a competent authority. Once this has been achieved, we can then look towards commencing field trails with commercial partners. The Company will update investors as these milestones are met over the forthcoming year"

Another statement that came to nothing.

No certification has been achieved.

Furthermore, it is not even scheduled, after supposedly being discussed with a European company that was to carry it out. Those discussions went on years according to In-spirit's RNS statements.

Another abject failure to deliver something they write about.

How anyone believes they will deliver anything they report is beyond credibility.

Look at the record of RNS statements, it's all there in black and white for the sensible investor to analyse.

It is a great pity you have not read the thesis to which you keep referring time and time again. There you will find the figures for D13 exhaust temperature.

ANOTHER WORTHLESS RNS STATEMENT

Of course the get out clause is " getting closer to commercialisation" a totally worthless statement, yes we are now 4.5 years closer BUT if there is no target date then the statement is meaningless.

Many PIs would be sucked in by a statement like that And I guess most reasonable people would put an estimate of a "few" months to it.

It's now August 2021 and the outcome of that statement is what ???

What is the state of commercialisation of the Charger ??

Even the In-spirit statement above is badly written. Why would the mCHP i.e. the Charger be used in marine WHR.
The mCHP is simply the Stirling engine heated by a gas burner.
So the base technology is a yet to be built Stirling engine untried untrialled and uncertified.

After 10 years, the company have yet to announce they have a fully working demonstrator of their Designed for Manufacture Stirling engine.

10 years of raising money for what ?

Only the very naive and clueless pour money into this company.

A 6.4 kW Stirling engine could improve a Volvo 375 HP D13 engine efficiency by 2.2%. Why would Volvo want to stick that heavy expensive piece of metal on the side of a D13 ??? Answers on a postcard.

The Charger that long term holders placed their faith in is no longer going into production. It is highly unlikely to be licensed, for all intents it has GONE.

Oldblue: you can take out the apparently. I HAVE NO SHARES IN THIS COMPANY.

Why would a sensible person invest in it, it has failed in so many of its RNS objectives, year in and year out.
Apart from raising millions to produce nothing of worth.
