I'm not overly optimistic about the Q4's, but I guess its all relative.... you'd have to argue the markets priced in low expectations, so maybe they will surprise on the positive

If it gets to 5p feel free to mega phone straight into my earhole:-D I've been in and out of MXO for about a year now, been buying in at 1p and selling about 1.4p, but never in for more than a couple of weeks .... until I got caught out with the slip below 1p, so been in since about May I think.... TBH ironically this time around I think I'm more positive on this SP despite it's hammering it's given me If SO changes his style and keeps the market informed, and things progress as they could do, 4p is achievable with POO in the right zone and a decent gas reserve to tap

I'm personally definately in until 1.5p, my average is 0.75p so that doubles my money. At that point I may either sell the lot or top slice and leave in the value of my original stake.... undecided at present. I certainly think 2p should be achievable with reasonable ease if the gas CPR is good, and yeah maybe 4p! Who knows .... wow if it got there and I've got the balls to stay in I'm on cloud 9 lol

On the positive, if we do ever get the good news AIM being AIM this should fly with it's lack of liquidity, could see +50% in a matter of days from the release of good flow rates / gas levels.

HP I would agree there is potential underlying data that could shift this SP, but until they formally announce what the actual raw data is like flow rates or cubic meters of gas etc this SP is stuck fast. It's all good and well them declaring things could be great, until the market knows things ARE great were stuck.... fingers crossed panoro gives us an insight tomorrow... but as previously mentioned why do we have to wait for another company to give us this info!!! ????

And regarding growth we have the DKL plantations to look forward to long term which should make a significant difference to our current output

I'm not getting carried away extrapolating a permanent doom and gloom growth outlook based on 2 El Nino affected quarters.... yes the growth will assymptote out at some point, and yes I think we've had the steep curve of the growth, but I believe it's still going to go up for the next few years (prob at an ever decreasing rate though admittedly)

FK I doubt they have the cash to do share buy back if they are still contemplating the Norpalm take over.

it is nuts to be in this situation with Brent at 63-64 bucks and holding pretty well, I think all the market needs to know is flow rates and assuming all is reasonable we should be home and hosed above 1p, reduced opex and even higher maybe ; gas cpr and we should be >1.5p

i'm vastly more concerned about the remaining legacy contract in the near term.

good news over at Taylor Wimpey today as well, should give us some momentum ........ its potentially worth noting also that seemingly they may have still been having problems in July / Aug with the well (difficult to ascertain from the RNS info), assuming that is the case the early period of that 7,500 BPD average may have been restricted...so in theory it could now be a higher rate. I have to say that im not really knowledgeable enough about this type of thing, so my numbers could be utter pish....but if they do empty Puffin on each lifting of oil, I think the numbers should stack up.

"Based on lift offs"

Ok been doing some.basic sums on flow rates nasd on lift offs ... with the assumption the lift off empty the Puffin which holds 750,000 barrels and was last lifted in July... one th basis of best case assuming it was empited fully, at the end of july and the next lift off is due shortly (as per RNS) that gives roughly 100 days, so a rough estimate of 7500 BPD. Please feel free to shoot me down on this, I'm making a lot of assumptions.

Just so frustrating he's held the shares for 3 months and nowt happens.... almost to the day he sells it explodes! Hope he's retained some ...... does go to show you though how quickly these shares can move northwards if things finally do align

Doesn't it say threshold crossed is 0% though in th RNS? Im never sny good at understanding those holdings RNS. Hope we do still have shares there, it spiked big time over the past couple of days
