just to clarify peeps, i'm no flag waving fan boy here, I agree solid results are key , hence my insertion of "potential"

I do agree there is good potential upside here compared to the interims, we know the flow rates back then were poor prior to the intervention, and there has also been action on reducing OPEX, added together with crude being above 60 bucks for a while now and the figures should be respectable......however we aren't officially getting the results until June (?) 2018, so who knows what support this will see until then. Need the Panoro fiasco to be tied up, release of flow rate figures and that gas CPR, that should sort us until Results.

I certainly think a good proportion of his salary should be paid in shares or something like that, to incentivise him to get off his rear and do something to improve matters.

yep its def a risky strategy, so I tend to only allow myself about 30% of my kitty on it. I do allow myself to add further if im playing with profits from trading though (so its technically a "no lose" situation). Can give multi bag gains though if it works! Could you maybe average down on these low prices to bring you BE point down? Obvs you may not want to if you are over weight on the investment already? I do think 2p is do able if the gas CPR comes good, especially if oil stays above 60 bucks.

lol if it makes you feel better im down over 40% here n'all. IF I can make �800 on any other investments I have cooking ill either lob it in here, or another AIM I have thanks taking a spanking at the moment. Had 2 years of creaming AIM shares, but this past 6 months has taught me just how vicious the saw tooth movement can be. Take the rough with the smooth I guess. Buy on the dips sell on the rips.

I'm up on my TLW I placed the other day but not anywhere near enough to cream off yet.

question: why is Nicholas Lee named as a significant investor on the website with 900,000 odd shares, when there are people on this forum with more? I'm not too far behind him myself.........if he is privy to sensitive info, then why are the people with more shares than him? (admittedly he probably paid more than us for them, but that's not the point is it?)

surely if this continues, something is going to snap and someone with clout will kick off?

OPEC News Conference is just about to start - people cashing profits early and buying the rumour, sell the news.

As this isn't moving I've just used my last shrapnel to buy some TLW (looks like OPEC are extending cuts until end 2018) .... hopefully TLW esponds then i can sell that off for a quick profit and buy more here. Never known a BOD like this one, unbelievably poor show
