House-builder Persimmon has reported an increase in revenue in its trading update on Tuesday.
Revenue for 2017 were �3.4bn, up 9% on the previous year, with completed deals up by 6% or 872 new homes.
The Group's average selling price increased by 3% to �213,300, compared to �206,765 in 2016.
Persimmon said it acquired 17,300 plots of new land at "excellent margins" in over 80 locations throughout the UK in 2017.
"We remain mindful of market risks including those associated with the uncertainty arising from the UK leaving the EU," the firm said.
