By the sounds of things the position was sold around 0.41p, does anyone know the buy in price? I was floating around 0.29-0.3p when I saw all the rhetoric on here but no idea if he got in lower?

well I said 1160p was a risk, but its nice to see it bounce from that position rather than get bogged down in it like it did last time around. Congrats to anyone that bought in the 1160's - im still brassic so couldn't :o( Good to see the AGM statement of legacy issues are still in line with statements made in Sept "progress on the resolution of legacy contracts is in line with the position indicated in September 2017." Reckon the final legacy headache should be closed out before April 18, then this should fly assuming no economic disasters......i've seen on other forums there are a lot of people waiting on the side lines for the legacy issues to be closed out.

looks like he's made a bit of money from it then but not the 60-70% he could have done. Shame. Still think he got about 30 odd%, I would be over the moon if I could get anything like that here :o(

how much is SO up on the MYN investment? 60 - 70%? Not a bad cash out value if they choose to do so.

Holy moly!!! Wish I'd pit some in there directly rather than indirectly :) It's been mentioned on here before as well that had there been cash call requirements it's unlikely the Mayan investment would have been made... seems sensible to me.

Having said that I wouldn't fall off my chair if there was a cash call, I think i would be surprised if it happened sub 1p though. Hence we really need some good news

Well it's worth keeping an eye on any hiddens just in case.... but I generally treat forum talk with a bit of scepticism unless it's backed up by a reference, as how would they know any more than us? Had a look on websites associated with OML113 etc and couldn't see anything..but no surprise there.

not from what has been mentioned so far, its currently expected to be funded partly from DKL profit, partly joint venture partners and potentially partly be structured debt if necessary - at least that's my understanding, I could be wrong.

? Default over cash calls? Where? Correct me if I'm wrong here, but my understanding is we are fully paid up on the AJE requirements?

certainly my understanding of the situation was a shut down on press releases regarding flow rates due to the litigation with Panoro - now that's ended, I don't see any reason why they cant inform us? Also the information on cost cutting achieved so far, as well as the stuff they have in the pipeline on that front (as indicated in the Panoro statement) would be useful to build investor confidence.

Trading here is irregular compared to normal patterns.... it's almost exactly a sell after every buy, almost as if someone's purposefully trying to knock the share down. Weird.

I agree Spikey that it's difficult for anyone to prove it either way, so it is a leap of faith..... I guess I'm either a glass half full guy / gullible lol ;). Having said that if Bermondseys estimate is proven correct and we are receiving 2m a quarter, I don't think 18m is too much of a stretch in valuation. Again i would also agree this is guesstimates etc etc. Time will tell..

surely the NOMAD would have had them if they just created the RNS for their own gains without any documentation from the bidder verifying it? Or am I being naive?

To be fair I would agree its somewhat speculative, nonetheless it is documented officially in RNS

is that dollars or pounds Bermondsey? Assuming its dollars, SO was on the cusp of selling our stake in AJE at 18m dollars at one point (assuming it was a factual bidder) so you could potentially argue 18m is the upper threshold and 14m the lower. So that would have us trading between 2/3 and 1/2 of net asset value ( I think lol)

A-2-b where did the 80,000 t figure come from? All I can find is a statement of ownership of 4,000 hectares of mature palms. No idea how much that produces ?
