Come on TT a near 25% drop in SP because there was a 19% reduction in Q3 numbers - which are second order effect on profits? H1 which really drives the profits was 5% down in 2017 however that was already baked into the SP at 12p. I see this as an over reaction and as soon as i can source some cash ill top up if its still sub 10p

Hi Ronaldo, anywhere nice? You've returned to a bit of a sh:t storm here I'm afraid lol. In would agree its over cooked, however they somewhat caused a lot of their own problems with accounting errors, misleading statements and it's started to wear a lot of investors patience very thin. I think the underlying story here is fine and as soon as El Nino effects die down (hopefully next year Q1) this will bounce back. But they REALLY need to sort their RNS's out, no more misleading info, no more silly errors..... infuriating

The SP will drop by the value of the dividend, I.e. 64p, so if the SP ends tonight at 1334p, it will open to.orrow at 1270p.

if it bounces straight back ill leave my holdings as is......if it was to continue downwards for some reason, I would add more in that bargain basement....assuming I can find some more money lol

To be fair FK, id rather they spend their time getting the accounts correct first ;-)

From memory at lot of his concerns were based on the Ghana politics, corruption and general way of working. I seem to recall he also had a concern about the Ghana climate, and FK is also right about his DKL cash flow concerns...... not saying I agree with the above necessarily, I don't know the area well enough to comment about climate, but I'm slightly surprised if the Ghana climate is vastly different to IC? That said I'm concerned enough about land grabbing etc that at present i personally would be happy if the deal fell through....... but im open minded enough to be talked around if there is convincng mitigating arugments for the case.

PS Fk, regarding buy backs heres my two penneth.... I wouldn't use any in an instance like this, its a market over reaction and it'll stabilise once everyone realises this and smashes the bank to buy some at these prices. Its much better to use the buy backs in strength in my opinon, i.e. when the SP is 13.5p, and looking toppy, when dumper dude or shorty sean knock off a load, do a buy back and support the SP - that would prevent a panic sell off and keep the SP near the top ready for the next piece of good news (assuming there is one lol).

Yeah but i couldn't find Dekeloil at all, normally even companies that have no short levels at all will still show on a company name search (i.e. galliford try were 0% level not long back and you could still find their name).... I tried a number of AIM companies, none of them were searchable on shorttracker so I'm guessing AIM is not covered in their database. Anyhoo it was just a bit of a theory nothing too crucial. I listened to most of the puff, didn't really tell me much I didn't know about really, but I think his talk of institutional investors being happy and stock over reactions probably put minor investors minds at ease a bit..... I must have turned it off before the talk about revenue!

Hahaha to be fair I'm normally just different shades of potless. One thing TT said has got me thinking, we've been assuming dumper dude is a seller, however some of the trades didn't make sense to me...... what they smack much more of is shorting when the SP is looking toppy! But I've tried to check on shorttracker and DKL isn't registered on their database as far as I can tell.

Looking good today Folks! I still think it was a huge market over reaction, just gutted I didn't have more cash available to make the most of it.

Same daily trend now for a while, spike in the morning, then down until late afternoon with recovery. Weird.
