Yes, I have seen that Lancet article and will read it... once this news hits mainstream media it will be difficult for the governemnt /s to ignore it , doors will start opening soon now that phase III is underway...

What people in general don't understand is that we need both a vaccine and a treatment/s. Crazy to think only vaccine will do, media and polititans have been pumping that narrative.

Surprisingly I am not worried at all, have been holding all the way though that post-Blautix SP bloodbath, my expectations over the next 2-3 years are wild (but based on their pipeline, R&D and the board) so pretty relaxed... SNG is where all the fun is today

Question for those who've been through this placing rodeo before... I am having no issues dummy selling on L and getting a quote, seems like line is holding? I would be expected by now a complete stampede down to approx. 180 but seems like market is reacting very well to the RNS' last night and this morning?

Matml74 ... I get it completely, actually I thought tha RNS sounded very positive as I was getting increasingly worried not knowing what thebplan was. Now I know what the plan is we can crack on, this could very quickly evolve if the FDA wants it to.

@WelshFalcon... Thanks for your reply, I agree with you ans do have faith in RM and the board (which is the reason I am holding and topping up).
My best guess is that over the last couple of months SNG have been presented (by pharma) with peanuts for the 15 years of R&D and SNG decided to decline after long negotiations. There is no other explanation, from what I know of pharma/biotech licensing eco-system.
Also, I have no faith in the current government- but still cannot see how they would miss a photo opp for a mere 80m (small change) that wpuld allow them the bragging rights (after such bad handling of thr pandemic so far).

Something just doesnt feel right and we will never find out probably... again don't care about any potential SP drop, more concerned that powerful lobbies are actively working to slow doen SNG growth. Fingers crossed I'm wrong.

Read the RNS twice and have very mixed feelings... what is clear is that there is a plan, that SNG are going solo for the time being, that FDA and NIHR are involved and that this whole thing could be developing very quickly. Not worried about the SP drop , worried that for some reason government has not financed this with some kind of a loan (considering the impact of this pandemic on the economy). So no one, not BOJO, not Trump not anyone is willing to cough up £80??? What is really going on? And people are dying? Doew anyone here have a reasonable explanation pls?
