While CEO of SNG is being interviewed on FOX BUSINESS our SP is tanking... hahahaha. US government (Fauci & co.) probably know what they are doing... and they have chosen to put SNG001 on Activ.

OK... we could celebrate the fact that US government has given further validation to SNG001 by choosing it to be one of few treatments they are willing to sponsor on Activ2. They are covering the cost of trials.

Also, if successful, they will lead to orders. Us government is not doing this just out of curiosity- they are in dire need of effective treatments.

Activ is blinded (rather than double blinded) which could lead to quicker interim analysis/ and potentially EUA (if results are satisfactory)

And clearly that is because somenof the brightest minds in Fauci's team feel this could be a winner.

That to me is good enough reason to be excited.

BarryBrownPees.... I agree. The reason SNg team went all the way (including placing) is so they don't get their arm twisted into doing a deal (by a big pharma company ).
That meant our SP dropping and all of us absorbing all that stress to finally now make a comeback - but this time with a P3 run globally and Activ-2. Why not get pharma company to pay what it is worth? It's good business for them anyways. If P3 results are good then this should be way more than 2-3 billion (SP of 10-15gbp)... more in line with Numis bull target of 50 gbp.

ShareSting... Great post. What makes you think RM/ Polar/ shareholders would settle for 2-3bn takeover for a broad antiviral ,potentially used for a range of indications and with a potential revenue of 2-3bn/year (if P3 is succesful)?

I bought at 80 p on 8th december. I sold all my sng shares today at 168 p. I saw that it could not break the resistance at 176 p. Good luck all

Jallis - I am afraid we are not talking about the same thing.

Would like to ask you again, as I did a few minutes ago - do you own Synairgen shares at the moment?
You seem extremely pessimistic about this stock.

JAllis - investors are happy to take a small loss if it means they are freeing their capital from an investment they no longer believe in. In other words... If they jumped in at 175 (placing), they would have left at 170 rater than sit and wait until 175 resistance is broken.
Why are you here? Serious question... are you a SNG holder?

Thanks for your refreshing honesty. Having made those same mistake myself I know how it feels and I get the pain you went through.
On these boards there are so many gang-ho know-it-all traders who claim to only make money it's easy to sometimes feel you are the only one in red. You're not!

I believe in this company (based on all the research I've done), clearly I've invested and have faith in the management. If P3 results are good I believe you will make multiples of your 440p break-even target. GLA!
