Would you characterise the overall trial results as UNSUCCESSFUL based on the attached press release? Do you feel those results would have indicated to the company no clinical benefit in pursuing further research? Showing efficacy in patients on steroids as well as showing improving Breathlessnes trend (B in BCSS),

The overall results, to me , seemed promising - but I advise everyone to do their own research and not make investment decisions based on the white noise on these boards.

Matml74 - Thanks, appreciate it , having researched this stock extensively I agree there is nothing indicating any failure on the COPD front. But if people decide to make very bold statements here, like Dumbpunter did, they should be allowed to prove they are telling the truth. Why not? Hopefully he can substantiate what he is saying?

I hope this is a place where we can talk maturely about this investment (pros and cons) and with quantifiable proof to back our claims. Everything else is either lies or wishful thinking unfortunately.

Dumbpunter - can you please provide any proof that COPD trial data has shown that the trials were unsuccessful and that is why it was stopped? Thanks.

Ever since coming across dr. Jha's Senate Testimony I was almost sure we would end up on Activ. It was there - in writing!!!

But what a relief this morning to hear that doctor say: 'nebulised interferon beta'.

Oakleaf... I get it. I am just keen for the first dose RNS to happen to give us all confidence that things are moving. Putting a lot of faith in FDA fast-track status and the Senate document to hopefully get us onto Activ. Now those would be kind of news to shake things up. Fingers crossed!!!

alwayslocked... why would 4 billion for a a company with a blockbuster drug (providing P3 is successful) be a lot of money?

That implies revenue of approx. 800 million -1 billion per year. Possibly lower, but I am using a more conservative multiplier here., for argument sake.

Let's assume SNG receives 1k per treatment - that means SNG would need to sell 1 million treatments/year - 83,000 treatment per month to meet this target of 1 billion. SOLD GLOBALLY. In a situation where in US alone TODAY ALONE 222,000 new patients have been diagnosed with Covid-19.

Do you really think that is a lot? SNG001 could be one of 5-10 different treatments tackling different stages of Covid-19 disease progression. There is so much market share up for grabs unfortunately - and when vaccines start making an impact governments will be stockpiling treatments to ensure this meltdown never happens again.

In my opinion, based on my research, if P3 is successful - SNG has the potential to be worth WAY more than £20/share. it is not surprising Numis have given the range of 10 - 50 GBP.

antofelli... If we are in red it is because squeamish PIs are selling. Traditionally these are PIs with very limited understanding of biotech/pharma industry who have done very limited research into SNG fundamentals and market potential. Also there are those who have traded in anticipation of a price drop (due to these squeamish investors). If there was a serious problem with P3 roll-out SNG would have to RNS that. So this is just a minor delay in my opinion.

I always encourage panicking PIs to sell - because their shares ultimately get hoovered up by larger investors (whether today or whenever catalyst events do happen) and we are maturing as a company and becoming more stable investment proposition - and that way will end up commanding a higher TO price when those talks do commence with big pharma. Shares end up in stickier hands, surely we all want that.

A lot of very squeamish investors here. Please sell immediately and invest in big pharma if you think a drop of 3% is so bad and are not happy for SNG delivering 2000% profit over the last 12 months.

You are funny. When P3 RNS does land then you will al change your tune. This treatment I believe will be saving lives, thousands of lives in a month or so. I believe that based on RNS from 18th Dec... FDA doesn't give out fast-track status to every company out there. I think there is WAY more going on here than meets the eye.

If you disagree - sell! If you are agree, stay strong.

Graking... interesting assessment. So record SNG share price drop tomorrow is because of treatments less efficacious than dexomethasone (if I understood correctly) and also used at different stage of disease progression to the one SNG001 is designed to be used at.

And at a time when hospitals are packed and clearly this world is in a very serious problem.

That's why you think there will be a record price drop?

Scinv... so much anger and frustration in your post. Do you have any idea who Valneva are? In terms of size/resources how they compare to SNG? I do, very well, and they are a serious player.

Do you have any idea about the difference between early and late-stage treatments? Why is then, for instance, dexomethasone not used as an early-stage treatment?

I am also frustrated P3 has not started yet... but no need to spread half-baked assumptions on this board.
