Sad really. We all want this to be over, but over for real.

This share is wildly influenced by market sentiment. Today people have decided to believe the Prime Minister that the end is in sight. That's nice to hear certainly, but even if it was, they have completely disregarded the fact that this planet is not just the UK - so many countries are in dire need to treatments (starting with US, France, etc.)

Nothing has changed since yesterday - fundamentals are still imho as strong and if Activ 2 and other clinical trials results are good - we will all do very well (and most importantly, lives will have been saved!).

Don't fall for the white noise and fear. Also, brace yourselves for various well-wishers with their first ever post on LSE coming here and dishing out advice. If you believe that clinical trials results will be good - relax. If not, sell and move on, you'll sleep better.
I believe there will still be a huge market need for efficacious treatments and I believe SNG001 will be one of them. Just my opinion, DYOR and make up your own mind.

SiperAl43... make sense. People who invest in biotech/pharma understand these numbers (M&As in billions) are not at all so unachievable and astronomical as they seem to us mere mortals.
And if SNG really turns into a blockbuster drug - why gift it to big pharma for peanuts? We should stand our ground.

GreggsStottie... no idea what the pricing would be. Assume it'd drop significantly across the emerging markets and also for bulk orders. We'll see, we just need trials to work.

GreggsStottie.... I agree with you in principle.I was just making a point by using super conservative estimates to show even the biggest sceptics that SP of 15gbp is very easily achievable if results are good.

If P3 and Activ are good - I reckon we are easily 25-30gbp when orders start coming in. Just my opinion of course.

= £1.2 bn revenue/year
If you apply a relatively conservative multiplier of 2.5 you get a company value of £3bn.

That means SP of 15 pounds. Based on conservative forecasts.

If you are asking yourselves where could 100k treatments/month come from just look at the size of US/EU market (current Covid cases, potential stockpiling, other indications SNG001 could potentially be used for ..I.e. COPD). The entire scientific community, on both sides of the pond, agree that treatments will be necessary for years to come. And we do not need to save the entire planet to be commercially super successful.

If trials results are good it is important that we, as shareholders, understand the real value of the stock we are holding. So many people are dropping random numbers having never done any calculations.

Do the calculations yourselves, do your own research - the above is only my opinion which I needed to share.

Jesh2020... welcome to the board, very sorry to hear about your uncle's ordeal. Last I read a few days ago was that the regulator in India has asked for some additional data from previous trials before approving P3 kick-off.

Not sure if that has changed since and indeed whether there is a way for your uncle to receive the drug in India at the moment. If you contact the company they might have more details. The above is to the best of my knowledge right now. Good luck!

Agree. That said Biomx has 2 compounds in Phase I and 1 pr-clinical and their Market cap is approx. the same as 4D's ( they are US-listed) !!!

Maybe Nasdaq listing will help 4D Pharma get to a fairer valuation.

Sterland55 - thanks fro your feedback, great to hear from someone who was actually part of the trial. Do you feel you've been on placebo? Did you feel any improvement you think might be down to the nebuliser and what was in it?
