Sangi - we're all here because we think pipeline is very strong and company is innovative. But Nasdaq should make it more accessible to US investors who are typically more prepared to take risks and back companies early in their development. That is well documented.

And I don't think anyone is under the illusion we'll be the only Biotech on Nasdaq!!!

Well over the coming days it's anyone's guess. But once we are traded officially as LBPS (and especially if we get a catalyst of some sort) we could jump up considerably. We're now playing in the big leagues

Yes, the business looks relatively covid-proof, hopefully the share price should move north shortly.

In all seriousness, I completely understand why company would not want to go into details of what two Finance experts would be focusing on (in a year where we're expecting a placing Q3/Q4, licensing agreements, Nasdaq listing and US investor focus,etc.)

Strange there is no proactive interview with DP or something more from the company as a follow up to explain the dilution. After all my understanding is that we were not expecting this really... is that right or was I just misinformed ?

Yes , agreed. In my opinion there are several potential mega-catalysts this year. If you are invested here you will know which ones i am referring to.
