@WBA I'm no authority on mental health issues but when we've experienced a financial setback, it does weigh heavily on your state of mind. I'm thinking quite a lot about my losses. Maybe we need to reconnect with what is important in life. We are more than the sum total of our investments. If we have a good standard of living, good health, hopefully good family and friends then we have a lot to be grateful for. If you can make a difference to other people, and as a GP you can do that, then let that be your focus in life. You'll always be kicking yourself for what looks like a bad investment decisione but as DRB83 says, it might still come good in time. If it does, still put it into context with all the other positive things we have going for us. Count your blessings as one old hymn used to say!
