ENQ is massively underrated and undervalued!!!! As is SQZ, so I see this reverse takeover process and options dragging into a 2-3 month process with options put to shareholders on 4 April. I see ENQ being at about 17p by then.

Then the option i see us:

1. SQZ valued at150p, with a special divi in cash of 25p in May 2025.

2. ENQ valued at 30p .

3. SENQO new name for new company on FTSE 250.

4. Shares allocated in new company at 30p, One for one for ENQ and 5 for 1 for SQZ shareholders.

5. New SENQO going to raise from 30p initial to 50p by September and 2 divis per year and they buy part of Waldorf.

2. The thoughts on sells on LSE actually being buys as there is only a fine gap price wise, plus shorters dribbling out?

If it was going to be 90p it would have either been accepted 2 weeks ago or the talks ended last week! If not over a £1, why are they still talking, surely not negotiating from 87p to 88p???

Giving roughly 82-85% owned by 10-12 major institutions and 10-12% held by large individual ownerships. Plus Sidara will have around 6-7% itself?So only 10% for free shares and PI’s and getting tighter each day no news.!

With 73% in institutional hands, plus 3-4% I Wood Pension and Employee funds hands. Then a vote will be a given, just need that RNS with an offer of £1.60 on the table to shareholders vote and Sidara can take this company onto £4?

Very simple question for someone with more knowledge of reverse takeovers. Is it better to have SQZ or ENQ shares?

The way I interpret the takeover is that , if we value SQZ at150p and ENQ at 30p then:

If there is extra cash to SQZ for divi compensation say 20p per share in cash, then for every SQZshare you will get 5 new SENQO shares in new company I have called SENQO. Enquest shareholders will get one new share for every one of theirs?

So with that equation I would be better off ploughing into ENQ now at 12p and buying a million shares?

This will be at £7.50 by end of week! By in on Friday at £7.50, bottom line for DEC.

MM or II - Institutional Investors the’big boys’ who own 65% of WG. That’s who make the decisions.

ALL - If this was going to be an offer under £1, it would have been done in week 1 and refused point blank. As I said yesterday this is being hard discussions and negotiations between £1.10 and £1.60 range maybe even up to £1.80? I think at £1.60 the BoD will accept an offer of£1.60 and put it to MM’s. and us PI’s on the sideline.

Rock 8 if it was anywhere between 35-85p they wouldn’t still be talking and doing due diligence and getting all the ducks in a row, for a lowball,offer! My estimate is between 110-130, which is why the crossing of t’s and dotting of i’s and checks and audits are being tested and done ready for a firm offer, that the WG BoD will put to the MM’s and shareholders, hopefully tomorrow?

Let’s see? More bad news or any more wells bought in next 2 months will see this hit £6 and CEOand BoD at an EGM and thrown out?

If the SQZ and ENQ merger doesn’t happen?,Then maybe a merger with DEC? Possible?

I think the negotiations would have ended before now if the offer being discussed wasn’t in the range of 110-150. In my opinion and research on what the business has in assets and 5billion future work year on year for the next 5 years minimum! I see a RNS at 7am Monday saying offer made at £1.30. Accepted by BoD and MM/II’s. GLA and DYOR but Monday looking good!!

Steve - Help please. Does it make any difference gains wise? Whether I hold 200,000 shares in Serica, but only 500,000 in ENQ? From a shareholder in both which is best to be in when decisions made on reverse takeover, ENQ orSQZ, or does it not make any difference?
