Hosai what don’t you get, the sp is totally irrelevant to Sidara!!!! Full stop! It is what they value Wood at! Fundamentals and future profits and work! Simple as! What don’t you get? The finances and other biypts will be sorted one way or the other during suspension if it goes that far, I still believe like JO said watch for 14 or 17 April RNS with offer accepted at £1.25 to -£1.50. If Sid had offered a conditional,offer less than £1 to see books and do due diligence this would have been over weeks ago with Wood showing them the door.! This is not a distressed AIM - 20 million pound company!! It is a 2 Billion pound company!

Need to realise it is Sidara paying a proper price for the fundamentals mentioned a 1,000 times on here, like the staff, new contracts , EBIT, future profits etc. If Sid get Wood at £1.35 my suggested price it will be a gift! I think Wood want around £1.80 , which is around 60-70p less than previous offer. Realistically I think £1.25/to £1.50 is more the range and why we are waiting patiently now for the RNS of £1.35/being accepted by II’s .

Jenashon a conditional offer of ?? I think more than£1.10 was tabled for then to extend and do DD with books and see the unaudited/draft report and other bits theydidn’t see last time around.

We are now in the crossing the t’s, dotting the I’s stage, plus getting and negotiating the offer/bid the II’s will accept. Like I have said previously I think they are playing hardball with the 4-5 Big II’s over whether it is £1.25 - £1.35 range and then a RNS stating acceptance will,pop into here at 0700 on Monday 14 April, Sid happy , Wood and staff happy, II’s happy and PI’s ecstatic!!!! II’s and Wood will I think accept around £1.30. This is taking into account the poor statement of old accounting. Plus where Wood are currently. Though with Fundamentals and everything else, I think this week, Sid and Wood and some of the big II’s have probably been negotiating price between a minimum £1.15 for Wood to accept and most Sid will pay at £1.70 say! I think they are around £1.25 currently and Wood are pushing for £1.30 if it means waiting for suspension and re-submitted and signed off accounts??

I just feel sorry for Wood employees who don’t know where they stand with jobs, future plans and wish both sides would just get on with it and sign off at £1.30 and let the business rocket and get on with what they do!

Sidara don’t need to wait for anything, other than the new accounts for a few big projects in 2023/2024. Then they will offer, they don’t need any finance, they have their own!

Then with taking 200M out to pay SQZ divi in advance or after merger, that the new company SENQO would maybe vale shares in new company at £1.50.

So;

SQZ shareholders get 1 for 1 in new company.

ENQ Need perhaps 5 for 1 .

F it does, it will be good, as it seems there is a deal to be made for the benefit of both. I am very heavily in at 13p here with 2 million shares, plus heavy in at SQZ at 129p, with 500,000 shares, so need this to happen, big 26-28 % profit and divi from SQZ and ENG merger.
