Totally 100% agree, with 83% held by the big institutions and pension, investment funds, plus probably another 10% with big holders under 1% radar, gives only a 7% float, of which 2% is Wood Pension funds and shareholders. Giving less than a 5% float. Which is why like you say, it will go up very quickly, as soon as the Institutional Funds have said yes to £1.50 to £1.80. Just a matter of when?

Joel are you mad? Look at the fundamentals there have been lots of posts on here telling you all about Wood. There is no way the large institutional investors and large pension funds that own around 83% of Wood are going to sell for anything less than £1. The negotiations at the minute are were that I’d will be from £1.05 to £1.80 range!!!! My estimate is a tight £1.25-£1.35 range. Though I think Wood want £1.70 given their contracts, experience and people.

Come on WG - CEO and BOD get on with it and accept a £1.50 offer and let’s see the business grow and expand and see some 200 million profits each year!!! Get on with it!!

That’s what I am saying, value ENQ at 30p and SQZ at 150p and whatever that values them at times the no of shares in circulation is the baseline, plus a 25p dividend in cash to SQZ shareholders for missed dividend in June.

What I was saying is that after all DD into finances, assets, debts, tax and value of both SQZ and ENQ is that if ENQ are valued at 30p a share, and SQZ valued at150p a share, plus a payment in cash as the new company is formed of 25p per share.

Then if new company shares are agreed will be 30p, then:

ENQ shareholders would get 1 new SENQO share for everyone they hold on 4 April.

SQZ shareholders would get 5 new SENQO shares for every share they hold on 4 April.

This is how I read it.

All, quick question if I was to buy in at £1.30 and purchase say 100,000 shares, would I lose anything if this takeover happens? Especially if we get a special divi in cash and then so many shares in new company? Even if I sold out of the new company on day 2?

AIMoiking - Just checkout ENQ website under Investor Relations and you will find a list of major shareholders. All large companies websites have these.

Quickwin08- Probably around 50% of the sells are Shorters getting out. The other25% will be buys which show as sells as price is tight, I bought two lots of 20,000 shares yesterday and both showed as sells. It happens when price is tight, so probably the 70% are buys and 30% proper sells.

ENQ is massively underrated and undervalued!!!! As is SQZ, so I see this reverse takeover process and options dragging into a 2-3 month process with options put to shareholders on 4 April. I see ENQ being at about 17p by then.

Then the option i see us:

1. SQZ valued at150p, with a special divi in cash of 25p in May 2025.

2. ENQ valued at 30p .

3. SENQO new name for new company on FTSE 250.

4. Shares allocated in new company at 30p, One for one for ENQ and 5 for 1 for SQZ shareholders.

5. New SENQO going to raise from 30p initial to 50p by September and 2 divis per year and they buy part of Waldorf.
