Small top up! Still extremely cheap under 40p.!!! Shouldn’t be long now, maybe next week when we get AGM and ex divi announcement on a RNS.??
Get in while cheap and a very well run company with full, order books and a very steady eddy share, good pension /SIPP revenues with a 7-8% divi revenue annually for doing nothing!!.
This company is not going to learn. Its buyback is woeful!!!
It’s CEO and BoD need to find a buyer as they don’t know what they are doing and are inept!!
I am finally out, I only made a small profit after the big special divi, since then I have being slowly selling, most went at 180p, the rest at 167p, with final 5,000 shares today at a small loss at 155p. Shame on you board of inept directors you couldn’t sell ice to the Eskimos!!!
Sack Peel please CEO. Why is it that when the sp is low and there are above 400,000 shares being sold, that Peel Hunt cannot be buying at least 100,000 every trading day? They should look at DEC buybacks when they are doing over 1 million shares buyback on trading days!!
Pull your finger out Peel Hunt and use 10 million pounds on buyback before Christmas and get the sp up to £2.!!!!!!!!!!
Why oh why can’t Peel Hunt buy shares. Yesterday there was over 3 million shares traded. Probably around 1.5 million sold, BUT yet Peel Hunt can only buy 40,000!! Pathetic, sack them for being inept and not buying 200,000 per trading day!! It will be December 2025 at this rate before the buyback is complete or ESNT have been taken over in 2924!!!
Totally agree Florence 14. When AGM and announcement on Divi’s for December come out soon, we will all be happy we held and patience starting to come through! I picked up a few more sub 40p which is always great! 2 x 8,000 shares bought!
After reading GM notes and the share buyback update. I am disgusted as a shareholder that Peel Hunt are not buying 200,000 shares each trading day of the week? Sometimes they manage to buy a frivolous 14,000 shares, sometimes none. But yet last week a buyer bought 2 million on one day? To date they have only bought back 12 million, it should be double that! Replace Peel Hunt with a better broker!!!! Get the sp back up to £2 and pull your finger out BoD.
Why buy just 2 shares??? Strange.
This share is a great buy at the minute with a sp of sub 49p and the divis and ‘SOLID’ dependable company and share. See the reports and share pickers who see this as a steady share!! Ideal for a pension or SIPP for revenue long term!
Who buys 11 shares, what is the point a £5 invest in Orchard or a signal to buy? Who knows? Strange anyway!!
I hope investors see Orchard for what it is and start buying in bulk at 20,000 shares per time for the medium term share with great dividends!!
Great opportunity to get in at a steal at 38p a share currently. Just bought another 10,000 at sub 39p, at 38.4p and looking for more! A very well run company, with a CEO with years of experience in this sector and heavily invested personally and his family. Great divis and profits each year for the last 8-10 years!!
Strong buying opportunity, I have started buying back in with 15,000 today and around 10,000 last week. Build up on sun 41p and let’s see what September and October bring in lines of communications and news of any new contracts or news on 2023 performance in light of the recession and interest rates at 6%.
Peel Hunt are woeful with shares being sold everyday above 200,000 since divi paid. But yet they have spent only 20 million of the 60 million and they should be hoovering up 150,000 shares per day at this price! Yet they buy only 28,000?? Why?? The 40 million should be paid out as a special divi!!! The AGM and announcement of this years next divi will be soon and what then for the 30 million leftovers from buyback , I as a CEO would have replaced Peel Hunt with a fit for for purpose broker, they have allowed 30+ million cheap shares to be missed!!!
Agree partially sstarski. I think they are trying to move it lower to hit stop losses and scare PI’s into selling! But Perl Hunt have £60 million to spend, so far only around £7 million spent at this rate will take until December !! They need to buy and push the so up as intended to 220p. Or is there a M&A or sellout on the cards??
