I just hope that S&S do not get involved in any U,K deals that include fracking. There has been much opposition to this form of recovery recently including the high profile event at Kirby Misperton in North Yorkshire. That on going push back by residents which include high profile people and large landholders has seen operator Third Energy retreat with a 'bloody nose' for the time being. Hope they stick to the conventional methods of extraction.

If you owned the company and wanted to buy as many shares for your own benefit (more profit) would you want to try to depress the share price or encourage it to rise? and don't be put off by the 'smoke and mirror apparent price drops', these are mainly swops/negotiated trades. It is the AIM after all!

Interesting read. The second sentence of the RNS can be read two ways. One that the numbers relate only to the three far eastern countries, or Two that it's worldwide. Hmm. The company report obviously will not be too enticing to encourage more investors, for the simple reason that they Thruvision wish to enter the market again some time in the future on a second buy back mission. In my view this RNS says as much about what has not been disclosed as what has.
Remember the II's have a 'heads up' on the few! OMO as always.

At first glance one of the most interesting aspects of this company is its lack of sales news via an RNS. Investment in another company would give concern, but here the opposite is true. Thruvision have already stated that the major investors (who hold over 90%) will be kept in the picture, whilst smaller private investors have to contact them at head office, presumably given scraps of lukewarm information. This tells me that the II's want 100% of the shares, and will try every 'trick in the book' to to obtain as many as possible. Great news is coming from the USA. Dividends coming as well as a substantial S.P rise in my opinion in the near term. G.L to the few private investors here.

Good old selfish, good to tell he's a newbie without looking at his postings. Is that an educating guess selfish and if so give us the benefit of your knowledge, or is it just a throw away remark that a 10 year old child could make. Please give us all the wisdom you undoubtedly think you have, so we can all benefit.

t have just been for a walk around the lake contemplating which shares to hold and the ones I may sell. Whilst gazing out a nearby Swan paddling towards me reminded me of RBD. The swan looked at first glance that it was moving serenely and patiently in a pre-determined direction of travel oblivious to all around it. But as I looked harder at it and becoming more aware of its features, I could see that hidden underneath, and away from my first glance the actual propulsion system was almost flat out just to keep it moving.

That last sentence of yours Nelson is RBD's 'achilees heel'; matters that are outside of their control.

I remember you way back in March you telling me what a rubbish share it was to hold, that was when the s.p was around 10p. I bought some more today at 20.5p just to test a theory. It was shown as a sell like a lot more that was traded at the same price. Look back in a couple of months time and then come back to me. But by then I think you will 'have missed the boat'. Personally I could not care less what you think of me or this company, but I would say that I will have done plenty more in depth research than you.

Many of the trades over the last few days have been 'negotiated trade waivers', no doubt between the II's themselves and perhaps Investec. This is in my opinion just to keep the s.p down prior to the AGM on the 21st September, with its special resolutions, including buy back provisions. All makes sense as the II's are positioning themselves to hoover up more share at a basement price. OMO as always.

Activities on the 'back burner' for a while before the next lift up. The company is a bit like a duck at present, only seen serenely gliding along whilst underneath and out of view very much activity taking place. Expect none or very few RNS's regarding orders; possible TR1's placed before the AGM on the 21st September. Available free float now into a single digit percentage wise. OMO and G.L all investors.

All your figures are based on chance and possibility, not fact. That my friend is why the s.p is where it is, and not where you would just like it to be.
Are you sure you are not a hack for the Independent on line, where the buzz words they use thousands of times every month are could be, maybe, possible, might. You have about as much credibility as that bunch of left wing hand wringers! Although you did say I am not the not the smartest cookie, that puts is in the same mould. The difference is, I see things for what they are, and not based on wishful thinking.

Hi Rodster, yes I would agree that RBD under S & S has more or less gone to plan up to now. My main reservation is that until there is a drill with a substantially viable find that the s.p will only 'drift' up and down albeit with a small overall upwards shift. We know already that the Californian wells will not have much impression on the s.p as the pay back is small. That is why I see no increase beyond 1-1.2p by the year end. I know this will not sit easily with the more excitable posters who are expecting a multi-bagger, but hey I could be wrong. Let's hope I am. G.L to all.
